“Firehouse subs in Goodlettsville jumped on our Feed the Bucs sponsorship and supplied a pre-game meal for 40 girls on the Beech High School soccer team They were so willing and nice when we went into the store and spoke with the manager, Chad. We are grateful to have community businesses out there to support our schools and athletes. The girls loved the meal!“

“The first thing that impressed me was the sandwich maker washed his hands after coming from the back. He also greeted me. Washing hands and being greeted first and foremost is out of the ordinary for SUBWAY. I hardly eat there because of nasty service. This location is above the rest. My sandwich was very tasty and handled in the most sanitary fashion. This person should go to all the other locations and train for proper handling of food. Not sure why people don't believe in washing their hands. I will continue to eat at this location. Great service!!!!“

“My 1st visit to FatBelly and it definitely will not be my last! The staff was so friendly! Honestly, the food could have sucked and I'd go back just because of the staff ha! Got myself a G-Netty and sweet pretzel treat. The sandwich....UHmazing! Haven't tried my treat yet. But, I can't imagine it won't be as UHmazing as the sammie. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, answered our questions with a smile, and made great recommendations that we loved. “I just want to say two things. After my brother’s funeral, I stopped in to get an ice tea for the long drive home. I don’t know why but the server gave me free tea. I didn’t tell her my situation before hand, maybe I just looked wiped out. That act of kindness was monumental to me. I told her the server afterwards and how that act of kindness was so meaningful. I’d like to thank the person who hired this server. The server had heart and depth.
The second thing is my mother lives at Clarendale right behind the restaurant. Macalisters is so handy to grab a sandwich and soup here and there. We can always count on it being good.“

“I went there with my brother and sister right after seeing Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. We needed a place to eat, having not done so since before landing in Nashville. The subs that we got were amazing. Everything was reasonably priced, and we liked seeing the firefighter memorabilia, too. If we're ever back in Tennessee, we'll certainly return.“

“Food was tasty and the service was great. They make a mistake on 2 of my sandwiches, but fixed them WITHOUT giving attitude or the 3rd degree. They even added an extra fry for the inconvenience. It's hard has hell to find this level of professional in the food industry these days, and I so appreciate the exemplary service.“

“There are several Subways closer to home but this one is top notch. Its worth the drive to be satisfied. Fresh produce.(spinach isn't slimey) they seem to always have several breads to choose from. Other subways seem to always be out of more than 2 breads to choose from.THIS IS THE BEST SUBWAY IN THE AREA!GOOD JOB GUYS“

“I come here often and they are always friendly and helpful. They’ve been through a remodel and have for months appeared to be finished with it. Unfortunately the bathroom has been blocked off throughout the remodel and to this day remains out of order. This needs to be fixed. I’m not sure if it’s to keep the homeless population out or what but, you’re not supposed to operate a restaurant without one. Other than that, it’s a great little subway.“

“On May 27 th :2022 I went here got a Footling Turkey sub the gentleman who made my sandwich was great at his job and put alot of meat on my sub. Place was very clean and had alot of customers come in during lunch time rush got them in and out fast.A panhandler was out on sidewalk asking people for money seen him put some in his pocket and some in billfold a guy gave him had a oxygen tank with him heads up to those who are nervous with the public.Alot better than the Subway at Loves Truck Stop on Trinity lane young lady repeats bread over and over and doesn't hear what you tell her on meat or anything and very very slow.Not clean either.“

I wanted some Thai next door but they don't open til dinner today so I went in and got my old favorite chicken carbonara.
