“Let me just say, thank you to the girl working today she made my burger correctly with special instructions over the phone. Pleasant experiences every time I go to Vegan Town. Love the vegan quesadilla, waffles, today I got the Big Daddy burger and fries both were hot and fresh! I also enjoyed the Açaí smoothie as well. It’s kind of coconut-y and more subtle than I expected. But I got it with strawberries, banana, granola, almond butter and coconut flakes. Delish! “When friends visit, they always request a trip to Panera. Awesome food, awesome atmosphere, and awesome staff. Last Friday (9/8) my friend Tracey Burgess from the UK and I went to Panera on Eastman Road in Kingsport for brunch. We were not disappointed - yummy food, and we were treated like royalty. Thanks to the fantastic staff there for your kindness to Tracey! She continues to talk about it. P. S. Tracey took several bagels home to England, and they were a godsend, due to two diverted and/or delayed flights.“
