I have been eating at this restaurant for over seven years now and it is by far my most favorite Asian cuisine. Not only is the food exceptional, the service too is SUPERB!!! The last time I was there Gilda (aka Gina) was my waitress. She is extremely customer oriented, friendly, professional and always works to get your food out to you in a timely manner. If an error is made in the placement of your order she will do all within her power to correct it and make it right for the customer. Another waitress to ask for when you arrive is Julia. If you are visiting or just passing through Nashville I highly recommend China Cottage. Out of 5 Stars on the scale of 1 - 5 I give them a. “5”. ???“

“China Spring is an amazing spot! The food is absolutely delicious, especially the General Tsou chicken. If you haven't tried the coconut chicken, you're missing out—it's my favorite! The atmosphere is really nice, and the staff is super friendly. I always tip the lady there, and she remembers me, often giving me free stuff to show her appreciation. She's a very good businesswoman. Highly recommend this place!“

“About a year ago, something changed. The food went from good to amazing. I had to call in and ask what they changed. Turns out they changed their sauce from pre-made to cooked from scratch. What an amazing transformation! Sure, there is no dining room, but the drive thru and delivery service is top notch. Way to team!“
