“As soon as we pulled in, we were reminded of the time we lived in San Felipe. We were greeted with a smile and excellent service. We ordered the Quesa Birria tacos. 4 tacos plus chips and salsa for $14 is a pretty good deal. The tacos were good. Not great. We also ordered the elotè which was not good. They use canned corn. Maybe fresh corn is not in season but it did not have good flavor. All in all, this is excellent mexican food for a place like Tennessee. This would be slightly below average if it were in Mexico. I was going to give 3 or 4 stars. I gave 4 because the have Mexi-Coke. 😋”

“This is the Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association, and I was invited to score a burger for their restaurant, and it was an awesome visit. Their One Pound Double Cheeseburger was grilled and seasoned to perfection, the toppings were fresh, and the bun was strong enough to hold that big burger. The owners were awesome, down-to-earth people, and their Waitresses and customer service were on point. If you have never been here to eat, you got to go and you will love the food and the service, I promise you that. Get a burger and tell them that the Burger Man sent you.”

“I ate at jasper tn huddle house 4 days ago I was impressed with my server cindy my drink was never empty and she checked on us constantly even though she was the only server waiting on anyone while everyone else just stood around. “My husband and I drive SO far out of our way to go specifically to this tiny Subway which sits inside a Pilot travel center. This is the only Subway we've been able to find (with the exception of one more we found in South Carolina!) that still carries the Seafood Sensation sub. It is AMAZING!!! It's the most delicious sub on their menu, especially during the summertime, and it's so hard to find for some reason. I wish more Subways had this available, but until they do we will continue to drive almost 2 hours round trip to get our seafood subs from the Subway inside the Pilot station in Wildwood, GA. Their staff are always super friendly as well, and we've never had a bad experience there.”

“When we are told to go to break, we go to break. I recall this exact incident that JRob has expressed. I was floating in my attempt to catch them up before being told that 3rd time to go to break. I do not like taking breaks while yall are crowded waiting to order or waiting for your food neither darling. But I have zero control over that. I apologize if you did not see me greet someone or yourself for that matter. But I promise you, I am actually one of the few who actually do greet customers. I have multiple regulars whom have become part of the family. I truly am sorry you had a bad experience. I read this week's ago. Mentioned I wanted to respond to you and got the green light to do so. I didn't want you leaving on a bad experience.

“Tonight I came to the drive through and a gentleman named Stephen was working in the window. I really just wanted to take a moment to publicly recognize him. Our interaction was brief, but even in that short time he came across so personable. It wasn't a forced positive interaction with a customer. He came across very genuine. To meet someone of his generation with a demeanor like his, is rare. My day got just a little bit better because of those two little minutes. I hope his managers see same light in him that I saw..”

“We've really only bought donuts here. We call it Donut Day at home because we motivate the kids to get out of bed on Mondays to hopefully start the week of on a good note. We haven't had too many issues ordering. I think the only time we've had a problem was when ordering through the app but each time the problem gets solved. Staff is mostly friendly! We will continue to order here. I just wish they'd always give napkins without asking but that's ok!”

“Best McDonalds experience ever, I ordered online, gave my order number, waited in line to get my food, a super nice older lady actually ran my food out to the drive through just to get me my food one car sooner than it would have come otherwise. Order was perfect and she included plenty of jelly without me even asking.”
