Unfortunately, most U.S. Thai restaurants water down the spices to accommodate the mass population at a huge sacrifice to the amazing flavors that make Thai food so delicious. Totally NOT the case with THAI AM!!! The flavors and spices are truly perfect! The portions are huge. A single Pad Thai can feed 2-3 people. The bonus is that they grow most of their own veggies and spices! We will definitely be going back!”
