I got steak, and they ordered everything else on the menu - shrimp, fish, chicken, scallops, a few sushi rolls, etc. If you’re wanting better food, drive an hour to Bowling Green, KY and hit up Yuki. But this was convenient and I didn’t want to spend an hour in the car with these guys.“

“About as authentic as you can get! They are a cafeteria-style place with southern food. I am a Californian who barely eats meat but they were very kind and gave me a little sampler so I could try stuff. I got the roasted chicken- yum! Get their spicy BBQ sauce that they hip up themselves! I was full for about two days but it was super good“

“Interesting place. Good food. Family styled all you can eat sides. Coleslaw and green beans are excellent. Great French fries, which are served with most entrees. The only item I would not recommend is the fried clams. They were extremely small and over breaded. Could not even taste the clams. Everything else is very good, if not outright excellent! Sides are served family-style and they're all you can eat. We've had both the catfish and the chicken, and they were both very good. Definitely a pleasant place to eat. The people are very friendly and work hard. I defineitely recommend!“

For my side, I chose corn on the cob that I think had been sitting around for a week. The hush puppies tasted like they were straight up cornmeal that was fried. Not sure what happened with this location. It used to be the testing ground for corporate to try new menu items. Now the food quality has deteriorated so much that I probably will not return.“
