“Outstanding meal! It was my first visit to this restaurant and it was a great experience and great food. The girl at the cash register was very polite and professional. So you order your food and they give you a number on a stand which you place on the seating of your choice. Five minutes later two young ladies brought our orders to our table and came back multiple times to check and see if we needed anything else. Five stars are definitely in order for this restaurant.“

“Another recent visit on a rainy chilly January day. Dogs and hamburgers are still classic winners. Good spice on the fries. Usual friendly quick cooked to order service. You can't go wrong taking the kids here.

We stopped by for hard serve icecream on waffle cones. The place was packed with so much recent notoriety from their famous decked out hotdogs but the desert line was seperate so we were served immediately. It's no Brusters, but the store bought quality of icecream was good and the price per cone easier on the pocket book then were it made in store. We will be repeat visitors.“

“This is our favorite place to eat. The chicken is honestly the best I’ve ever had. I saw the review about the pancakes and so I decided to try them for myself because I couldn’t believe anything bad would come from their kitchen. They were amazing. Yes I had to ask for more syrup but I like a lot of syrup. The normal person probably would be fine. And they were more than happy to get the syrup for me. No biggie. Deff go.“

“Went to the Farragut location today and will never be back. We had a 15 min wait which is odd, because they had plenty of empty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills or anything else. All of the food was cold, fries were tasteless and soggy. The crispy chicken sandwich had brown guacamole on it, there shouldn't of been an guacamole it on. Ordered the ensenada chicken platter. It was all sorts of wrong. We asked for coleslaw as a side. It was 2 pieces of sad looking burned chicken with fries and a side of coleslaw. Told the waitress that's isn't correct, not what it should be at all. She said well that's because I thought you said fries. she offered a side salad with tortilla strips. I said no I want what I ordered she said I will see what I can do. Then comes back with the wrong order AGAIN! This time no fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw and 2 pieces of burned chicken covered in ranch. I don't understand why we couldn't have what we ordered. Asked for a manager, she never showed up some guy from the kitchen did. We ended up paying only for the drinks and drove 35 mins back home to eat dinner 2 hours late. We can here to celebrate something and what a disaster. we will never be back.“

“We go here often and always get great food with generous portions at a good price. The service is always good and the food comes out pretty quickly even though they are usually pretty busy. We have been to several Mexican restaurants around town and this is our go to because of the consistent quality and service.“

“Usually Applebee's is a 5/5, but apparently not on Sundays. We have been going to Applebee's since I was a child. Ben, is the best bartender, hands down. When he is there, even when they are short staffed, the service, the atmosphere, and the experience is topnotch. The last few times I've been there on his day off shows me that the right person at the center is very important.“

Even though it was close to closing, they were so friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. You could tell they genuinely cared and took pride in giving great service. The ice cream was, of course, delicious—but the kindness of the staff was the real cherry on top. “My 9yo daughter wanted Double Dogs for her birthday. While they told me they don’t take reservations, they said they would do their best to prepare for us. We showed up with 30 people. They got us seated quickly with best accommodations that they could for a large party. The waitress and the manager took great care of us. We didn’t wait long for food or anything. (I will say we picked a Sunday night to avoid some of the crowd). We’ve went plenty of places with this big crowd, but the experience this time at DD was one of the best!“

“The food was great. They waiter wasn't very friendly, not rude, just not not friendly and not attentive. He let our dri is run out and we had to ask another waitress to send him over. They messed up part of our order, when we got the bill we could see he had put it in correctly, but the kitchen had not plated up as he had order it. Once it was straightened out it was great. My steak was great and husband liked his burger.“

“I eat at Burger Kings all around since I travel for work. This is the best experience at one I've had in a long time. I had forgoten how good Woppers can be until they made one fresh and perfect here. Cooked perfectly, proper amount and distribution of toppings and all very fresh tasting. Fries were also excellent, too often you can tell they need to change that oil badly. The woman at the drive through was also very pleasant although Burger King usually is good around this area at finding nice employees. I rarely bother writing positive reviews but I hope this location will keep doing what it's doing, great job!“

“The double 1/4# with cheese is always fresh now they make them when you order them. In the past they would be stale from sitting under a heat lamp. Sometimes, it takes a minute but fresh is best for me. Cust service people were friendly and smiled.“

“I'd like to apologize to the manager of this place. I called him this morning about a complaint but got the wrong Burger king address. He was very cordial and polite, good customer skills. I hate that I got the wrong burger king. The one that shut down early on Sunday at 11/17/24 was at 8412 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919.

“One of my family's favorite get-together spots. Baristas are so cool and sweet 🙃 They usually even remember my mother's go-to coffee haha. I've gone here to study, to hang out, and even on multiple birthdays. I love the brown sugar iced latte and the breakfast burritos.“
