“First off customer service amazing, chill environment, and friendly.. was served with an item missing and the lady knew immediately upon looking at me and fixed it without question. Everything we ordered tasted amazing and great quality for the price and I cannot express how fast we got our food after placing the order highly recommend the hot dog with bbq add cole slaw 🤌🤌 chicken tenders were tasty also!! But everything was pretty good overall definitely coming back.“

Amazing burgers (hubs and son got a burger with a fried chic breast, fried egg, bacon, n chz n toppings on it, omg, yet it wasn't falling apart or too difficult to b able to eat, idk how that's possible but apparently it is and it's delicious, i never thought i personally would enjoy a burger THAT suped up but it was amazing!! And there were def leftovers ha...It lit had cow, chic, pig, and egg in it, wow.....and the wings r delic with a perfect golden brown skin...i personally wish there were more/diff sauces, like a good terry, but they r still quite good sauces..yummy fried pickles with a good ranch sauce.. Can't wait to go back and try more things, the burger options r insane truly, wow... What a menu... Much to try.. Even had an ice cream counter with many blue bell options...and a bar...and video games (using quarters, old school, nice)...axe throwing, which we haven't done there yet..tvs for sports I'm sure... It's really good food, everyone of our items were cooked PERFECTLY!!! how often can u say that nowadays?!?! Cuz idk bout u, but we usually have issues when we eat out these last few yrs... But not here, server did well and was knowledgeable n helpful for us 1st timers (i will note we went during off-peak time, but i imagine they can handle their own during busy hrs, as the few employees that were there during that slower time period, were quite capable)... We've lived here now over 10yrs, still can't believe we haven't eaten here till now... Looking forward to going again soon, thank u for caring about your product/restaurant, it's obvi that u guys care.... Nice to see...“

“We were driving home to St. Louis, Missouri and we did not want to stop at a typical fast food restaurant. We chose Cook Out and man are we glad that we did! The food was piping, hot and delicious. The service was excellent. Haley M warmly greeted us and immediately took ownership of our order. She is very personable. it was quite a parent to us that Haley was genuinely invested in our cookout dining experience.“

And, I was gonna just get the less expensive 20 oz rather than the 32 oz...maybe it was happy hour or something but was told any size was same price.... $1.09. Where can you get 32 oz of water for $1.... Much less a delicious orange slices tea? I shoulda circled back around?“

“The double 1/4# with cheese is always fresh now they make them when you order them. In the past they would be stale from sitting under a heat lamp. Sometimes, it takes a minute but fresh is best for me. Cust service people were friendly and smiled.“

“I ordered fries and a strawberry cheese cake blizzard, I asked if I could get lite cookie crumbles in my New York cheese cake blizzard and not only did she make it to perfection, but she had a great attitude, was super nice, I liked her a lot. The only thing that I did not like is that my fries were not fresh, the fries were burnt and stale.“

“Let me start by saying that this is one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been in. The manager was front and center and a super friendly guy. He's very interesting to chat with. And even gave us a sample of a new product that are serving which are the tater tots. I had the jalapeno burger and my husband had a regular hamburger the atmosphere is great and they have excellent custard as well which we had the night before and had to share it because even the small was big and yummy!“

-Whopper Jr 2 for $5 deal. - great value and will feed two.

This location is VERY clean. Highly recommend.

*****We stopped in for lunch in a pinch and the staff took great care of our family. Heaven, the young lady that took our order was exceptionally kind and made it fun for our kids when she learned we were briefly stranded and the staff went to lengths to make us comfortable.

“Neat little bar near West Hills Mall with a good beer and food selection.

They have indoor and outdoor activities pretty much every night of the week and live music on the weekends.

I mostly just go for free roll Texas hold'em on Sunday night so don't know much about the other nights.“

“I put in an online pick up order.. I got it through the drive-thru. Quick and easy. I gave 4 stars only because I asked for "light mayo" and there was still so much that I had to wipe it off my bun with a napkin. Very hot and fresh!

“First of all, every employee we had contact with was supremely nice and welcoming. I had the chicken sandwich and it was perfection. The house margarita was not the usual watered down version you would expect to get for $5. You could actually taste the tequila. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and will make this a regular on our visits shopping in Turkey Creek.“

“We stopped in just to get milkshakes . They were great. One thing, I have as a suggestion is to give out pup cups . Several locations do this ,so my pup recognizes the restaurant and get super excited when we pull in, thinking she is going to get her pup cup. I have asked several times but at this location they do NOT give them out. To my pup , this is devastating. Because I'm a sucker for her puppy dog eyes , I give and buy her a vanilla milkshake of her own but she can only have about 4-5 oz of it . So what a waste“

“Just stopped in to pick up our order. We were greeted immediately by two different people. Since our order wasn’t ready, the manager offered if we would like something to drink while we waited. We declined but really appreciate this gesture and extra care given to the customer! Also love that the manager was out on the floor checking in with customers and wiping down tables. Very impressed with the service at this location!“

“Very sterile esthetic with a side of very nice art. The cappuccino and iced mocha were delicious, as were the chorizo burritos. The iced mocha was very well balanced in its coffee-cream ratio the mocha flavor was a bit lacking but not enough to mind it. The cappuccino did a good job of highlighting the coffee without completely omitting the oakmilk foam, and as always, the little design on top was well done and made the presentation delightful.“
