“I've been going to this Pal's for as long as I can remember. The food and service are always excellent and a good value. The food tasted freshly made and was hot. The fries were fresh out of the fryer and seasoned perfectly. It was a pretty day so we ate outside under the awning which was neat and pi ked up.“

“I never really have anything negative to say about Pal's. The food is always hot and fast and the sweet tea is always cold and fresh. If you've never had Pal's before and you live in the East Tennessee area, what are you waiting on? Stop by any of their locations and try a sauceburger or a Big Pal burger and never forget those wonderful fries!“

“We went to Applebee’s on 7/25. It was one of the best experiences. Only complaint is that the AC couldn’t keep up with the heatwave but completely understandable. Our server, Joey, was the kindest, most courteous and well mannered server we have had in a while. His appearance was clean cut and service was top notch. What a sweet guy. Please be sure to recognize his skill and mannerisms. He deserves it.“
