I like Arby's and stop at the Magnolia Avenue location in Knoxville, TN quite often. The employees are usually nice, but this afternoon a girl actually yelled at me in the drive thru because I asked for one more container of marinara sauce for for my cheese sticks. I asked for 2 and she had given me one. She YELLED at me that she had already put 4 or 5 "marinara sauces" in the bag, which she did not but that's not even the point.
