But wait, there's more. I challenge you to try their chocolate shakes which are not dispensed out of a machine. I'd be shocked if you didn't say, "The best I ever had!"“

“Was driving through Knoxville...looking at google maps and seeing what food options were available for a quick bite. I'm so glad I scrolled just a little east and read about The Burgers. OMG ..for nearly the same price as a fast food burger combo meal I had one of the best burgers ever. Friendly staff...awesome onion rings. Also, they proudly have a wall of food inspection reports where they have scored 100% over and over and over. Highly recommend!!“

“We showed up unaware that it was 1 minute before closing due to the place being full of customers. The GM said with a smile, he would be more than happy to take our orders. After ordering, the employees began moving like a well practiced team. They were supporting eachother in every way to ensure the correctness and promptness of our order. The Gm engaged my wife and I in conversation as he began cleaning and rearranging the service counter with information on other locations as well as the companies history. In a few brief moments he was directing us to the pick up counter where we were greeted by another smiling team member helping us to pick condiments and suggestions of the favorites. It was an overall outstanding first visit to this professional, polite, fast, clean and curteous restaraunt. Once home, the food was equal to the service we recieved at the Seymour Freddies, fresh and full of flavor! Thank you staff for a great and memorable experience. Highly reccomended!“

“Outstanding meal! It was my first visit to this restaurant and it was a great experience and great food. The girl at the cash register was very polite and professional. So you order your food and they give you a number on a stand which you place on the seating of your choice. Five minutes later two young ladies brought our orders to our table and came back multiple times to check and see if we needed anything else. Five stars are definitely in order for this restaurant.“

“We needed a burger and a quick old fashioned! This place was packed and they still turned out our food and drinks fast! The well whiskey was good too. I should have gotten the whiskey flight! “Such a good hot dog! I love the fried bratwurst, the skin has just the perfect amount of snap to it. I get mine with just mustard and chili but the menu has so many options.
The thing that always strikes me is that the owners and employees always thank you for coming in and I truly feel like they mean it. You could make a cheaper hot dog at home, for sure, but they really want to give you good food at a reasonable price and they want you to know they appreciate you giving them your business.“

“4 of us went. We had Mississippi Catfish, cranberry chicken salad, Alaskan Pollock, soup/club combo, tomato bisque, praline cheesecake, key lime pie, pumpkin cheesecake and apple walnut cobbler. All of the food was great and so was the service and atmosphere.“

“Just to let people know... pets are not allowed inside... only at outdoor sidewalk seating. Also... everywhere we looked said to park under the expressway and walk up.... don't do that. 100s of homeless people and pretty sketchy. There is pay street parking. They need to add this info to their FB page and website. Overall place was just ok.“

When he is there, even when they are short staffed, the service, the atmosphere, and the experience is topnotch. “Fries were great, especially when dipped in ranch! We ordered two different burgers McGhee Tyson, which was huge, and the Farragut. Both burgers were very good and filling. We also got fried green tomatoes which I won't get again. Tomatoes were $10 for about 5 slices of a small tomato which didn't have much flavor and they came with a pimento cheese that definitely did not match well with the tomatoes. Would have matched better with a seasoned sauce much like a roasted honey mustard or honey BBQ. We ordered Fried Green Tomatoes before we ordered our Burgers but the tomatoes didn't come out until after the burgers came. By that time we really didn't have much use for the tomatoes anymore. Not an appetizer if it comes after the entree. We have only gone there once. Maybe it was a fluke we will visit again.“

“The gentleman that took my order at drive through was very professional and greeted me with a good morning and listened well on my order and repeated it back to me and asked if I'd like to upsize to medium or large. He spoke very clearly. At the window he took my money was very friendly and courteous. Definitely a valuable employee to have. At the pick up window I got my order quickly. The food was fresh and warm and delicious.“
