“Mooyah...burger joint par excellence! Everything I have ever eaten there is fresh (prepared after you order) and perfectly seasoned. Service is friendly and engaged with the guests. But wait, there's more. I challenge you to try their chocolate shakes which are not dispensed out of a machine. I'd be shocked if you didn't say, "The best I ever had!"“

“First time eating at SmashCity and it was ALL good. Great service and great food. The spicy smash burger had just enough heat but not too much. Great crispness to the edges of the burgers. I really enjoyed the overall flavor. The fries were just right - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.“

“Was driving through Knoxville...looking at google maps and seeing what food options were available for a quick bite. I'm so glad I scrolled just a little east and read about The Burgers. OMG ..for nearly the same price as a fast food burger combo meal I had one of the best burgers ever. Friendly staff...awesome onion rings. Also, they proudly have a wall of food inspection reports where they have scored 100% over and over and over. Highly recommend!!“

“We showed up unaware that it was 1 minute before closing due to the place being full of customers. The GM said with a smile, he would be more than happy to take our orders. After ordering, the employees began moving like a well practiced team. They were supporting eachother in every way to ensure the correctness and promptness of our order. The Gm engaged my wife and I in conversation as he began cleaning and rearranging the service counter with information on other locations as well as the companies history. In a few brief moments he was directing us to the pick up counter where we were greeted by another smiling team member helping us to pick condiments and suggestions of the favorites. It was an overall outstanding first visit to this professional, polite, fast, clean and curteous restaraunt. Once home, the food was equal to the service we recieved at the Seymour Freddies, fresh and full of flavor! Thank you staff for a great and memorable experience. Highly reccomended!“

“Wow, I’m in love! From the exceptional customer service to the delicious menu options, I’m completely blown away, and I still can’t believe this gem is right down the street.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve how the fries are presented. They were tossed into the bag, which made things a bit messy and left the containers greasy. That said, the flavor more than makes up for it!

“First off customer service amazing, chill environment, and friendly.. was served with an item missing and the lady knew immediately upon looking at me and fixed it without question. Everything we ordered tasted amazing and great quality for the price and I cannot express how fast we got our food after placing the order highly recommend the hot dog with bbq add cole slaw 🤌🤌 chicken tenders were tasty also!! But everything was pretty good overall definitely coming back.“

“We didn't stay very long but the food was great and our server was amazing. I don't remember her name but she had two nose rings, brown hair, and served us on the bar side about an hour before closing. We got a half off bottle of white wine which was good. She suggested the ranch to dip my fries in and let me tell you, that ranch took me to another place. If I could get a bottle of that ranch I would.

But to our server. You were fantastic. I wish nothing but the best in life for you because you had a light that shines from within. Thank you for being so great.“

The waitress kayla was great (thank you) but we will not be back we refuse to pay there employees insurance that's right check your receipt they are charging you for there employees insurance.“

“Usually Applebee's is a 5/5, but apparently not on Sundays. We have been going to Applebee's since I was a child. Ben, is the best bartender, hands down. When he is there, even when they are short staffed, the service, the atmosphere, and the experience is topnotch. The last few times I've been there on his day off shows me that the right person at the center is very important.“

“Fair to say that Gus’s is the best deli I’ve ever been to. The steamed sandwiches are fantastic, and even a basic sandwich with minimal toppings is outstanding. The nostalgia is incredible, as it looks exactly like I imagine it did in the 80’s. Tons of Tennessee memorabilia inside as well which is really cool to look at. 10/10, 5 stars, highly recommend!“

“Just to let people know... pets are not allowed inside... only at outdoor sidewalk seating. Also... everywhere we looked said to park under the expressway and walk up.... don't do that. 100s of homeless people and pretty sketchy. There is pay street parking. They need to add this info to their FB page and website. Overall place was just ok.“

“I eat at Burger Kings all around since I travel for work. This is the best experience at one I've had in a long time. I had forgoten how good Woppers can be until they made one fresh and perfect here. Cooked perfectly, proper amount and distribution of toppings and all very fresh tasting. Fries were also excellent, too often you can tell they need to change that oil badly. The woman at the drive through was also very pleasant although Burger King usually is good around this area at finding nice employees. I rarely bother writing positive reviews but I hope this location will keep doing what it's doing, great job!“

“The food was amazing. Their portions did not disappoint and honestly my burger surprised me with how tall it was. I got the Kane burger which was so spicy I loved it. My girlfriend got a mushroom and Swiss and honestly it was such a juicy burger. I also got wings and asked the waitress if if should get dry rub bbq or bbq wings, which she recommended the dry rub. It did not disappoint, I’m only disappointed I didn’t have enough room to finish everything. Topped it off with a happy tracks milkshake which was very delicious.“

“Best burgers in town!! Taste homemade. I think maybe they have a turn around of employees. But, management is top notch each time I go there. They make sure my burgers, fries and onion rings are well done!! I even tell them they can burn them...so everything is extra crispy. The shakes are out of this world. And you definitely cannot go wrong with the price. The place is very large. You could even have a family gathering there.“

“Food is OK but still good overall. Staff is nice but honestly sometimes when I've gone, I'm given the vibe that they don't really want to be there. This is also a smaller DQ than most others I've been too and it feels a bit sterile inside.“

“The double 1/4# with cheese is always fresh now they make them when you order them. In the past they would be stale from sitting under a heat lamp. Sometimes, it takes a minute but fresh is best for me. Cust service people were friendly and smiled.“
