The service at this location has dropped off significantly. Today at lunch, drive through was 25 minutes. Then they left out part of my order. It is not worth the cost of gas to return to get my order of chicken nuggets.
After sitting at the clinic with My oldest for 2.5 hours to confirm he had flu type A, my other child who had to cancel all plans because of this wanted Chik fil a for dinner. Had to go to two different Walgreens before being able to fill the xofluza prescription. I ordered our food/shakes from Chik fil a using the app so it would be ready as we went by on our way home. Order was placed at 9:28. I arrive at restaurant at 9:55 to find ALL entrances blocked and even the drive thru...read full review
