Employees arguing with each other then taking it out on the customers and being rude to them. Nobody wants to see that while they are ordering or eating. Also it isn’t kept clean. I will not be back to this location and I used to come on a weekly bases but have experienced bad customer service the past month.
I’d give it zero stars if I could (yes, it’s one of THOSE reviews). Staff members were lounging and smoking at the outdoor tables right beside the entry door. The interior was infested with gnats and the employees were apt to tell us we needed to wait for an already 30 minute late mobile order for just chips, salsa, queso, and two drinks.

Today we went for the first time to Chipotle, we didn’t know how it worked and was given no explanation. My boyfriend got a full bowl and I’m gluten intolerant and can’t eat much so I got a very small portion….my food actually cost $10.30 + tax for this tiny bowl of food! Some tortilla chips would have resolved this, but they wanted to charge us even more…what a rip off! Hello FACEBOOK!!!
