Oh my pulled pork... I just had a religious experience at a brewery. Three words: birria grilled cheese. Tender, delicious, should be illegal. That Pit Boss BBQ though... it's possibly redefined BBQ sandwich for us. Parking sucks but its incredible and the service is top notch!
We got a flight of solid beers! Flagship PMG IPA and the habanero version are both great. Biff IPA a solid IPA as well. Porter is solid. Really impressed compared to other breweries in the area. This is a Packers bar on game day. Definitely the type of place to grab beer, snacks and stay for a while to watch a game.
Imma give it 5 stars. The staff are wonderful. The beer is pretty dam good. It would be a MUST STOP, if i was on a Knox brew tour. Yet, if it was in Asheville, I may would not stop on the first day. If that puts it into perspective. I have a horrible memory myself, and i often drank an ipa with green in the name. I also had some super flat cans of that ipa, i was not impressed.
