“The double 1/4# with cheese is always fresh now they make them when you order them. In the past they would be stale from sitting under a heat lamp. Sometimes, it takes a minute but fresh is best for me. Cust service people were friendly and smiled.“

“For being a tiny McDonald's in a gas station they're better than many large McDonald's restaurants. Food was good quality (for McDonald's lol) staff was very patient and nice to deal with.

Tends to get dirty quickly as they only have a few tables but the manager tries to come out and keep up with them between orders.

One more note. They actually pay attention to special orders.“

“Was in town from a few states away and found the store. One quick call and Pat was there so I could hunt down a cue. Decent selection and he was great to work with. Some neat old items as well to see. To make it 100 years is amazing now a days for brick and mortar. Good stuff all around.“

They were both cool as a fan , polite, and even though I didn't check the bag. For I've l once my Mickey Dee's order was correct, I had a straw, and wait for it.... Napkins without asking.“

They are regularly busy but the staff are always very friendly.

Unless some random person hold up the drive-through line, it goes through very quickly and very efficiently.

Be careful of some of the crazy drivers in the parking lot and the occasional homeless person with their cart having issues in the parking lot.“

Kid-friendliness: Man what happened to all the McDonald's that had some kind of kid activities? They remodeled all of them & took out anything kid friendly.... now its just a normal fast food restaurant smh“

“I ordered my usual 3 hamburgers, large order of French fries, a large at this McDonalds and the food was great the hamburgers were delicious and the French fries are the best. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice with a large dining room this location. Highly recommended 98 “

“Vegetarian options: McDonald's USA doesn't have a vegetarian menu. Vegetarian options are oatmeal, hotcakes, apple slices, apple pies, ice cream, and smoothies. The fries and hashbrowns are fried in their oil blend that contain beef flavoring.

Dietary restrictions: McDonald's doesn't promote any of their menu items as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free.

Kid-friendliness: Happy Meals. PlayPlace was removed from most locations.

“I was picking up a doordash order in the middle of the lunch rush and people were being incredibly rude about the wait time. Multiple people were asking, not very nicely, about refunds and wanting their orders remade. There was an employee there, Whitney, who handled everything with a smile and a patient, understanding attitude. I'm not sure what their position is at the store but Whitney needs a promotion and a raise. I would have lost my cool with people talking to me like that. I don't even eat at McDonald's but i feel like management there needs to recognize this employee.“

“They put too much salt on the fries. I've gone here for a long time and I hate how LOUD the drive-thru automated voice is that asks if you used the app to order. Other than that, my food has always been pretty good, and service has been quick in my opinion. I use the drive-thru or order ahead and wait curbside.“

“The most unprofessional, disrespectful mcdonalds in the area. Spend 30$ wait 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich they said and THEN get cold food and its an issue cause I dont want cold food that was left sitting on the counter that whole time?!
Ever since the blonde lady left ( she went to broadway i think) this place has went down hill soo much...doesnt seem no one is in charge, as they stand up front fumbling bags and gigglin. Hopefully they get it together soon.“

“Stopped off here to get breakfast on our way to Gatlinburg. I had to write a review because it was the best McDonalds breakfast I have had in my life. I got the steak, egg, and cheese bagel meal. The food was hot and fresh. Cooked to perfection. Service was prompt, friendly, and fast.“

“Most of the time when I frequent this McDonald's my order is never right I have to come back almost twice but today was a good day my order was hot fresh and as ordered so for that I get 5 stars but I would like for everyone to take that with a grain of salt and proceed with caution“
