“Finally made it out to Anaba & was glad we did!The chasu ramen was amazing. The broth was super flavorful without resorting to being overly salty. I was initially put off by the upcharge to get chasu in the Tonkotsu ramen base, because I'm used to places skimping on the meat. But there was an entire pile of chasu slices in my bowl, so it was well worth it.The rest of our food (edamame & a few sushi rolls) was great too, as well as the service. We'll definitely be back!“
“Try their Matt’s Spicy Ramen, play some arcade games, and catch them during trivia nights for an added layer of fun. They’re usually always a bit busy, but waiting a few minutes for a beer isn’t all that bad with everything going on! Their food service also might take a few extra minutes, but totally understandable with the setup, amount of people getting food/drinks, and only one or two kitchen guys. Great spot in downtown Knoxville“
“Dana is very intelligent and kind. She brightens my day. For me, this is huge in a society with growing negativity and bullying. On another note, there was staff who was unbelievably rude and accusatory. She's white with blond hair. We stopped coming for a while and were not going to return. We came back since we had a gift card. Fortunately, we have not seen this person again and look forward to seeing Dana.“
“They participated in the vegan chef challenge in March 2024 and I very much appreciated their efforts. I look forward to their vegan offerings going forward. Service was very attentive and very friendly! The environment feels good--clean. I was there during the day. I'd like to see what it's like in the evenings.“
