Wendy's in Knoxville

“I place a mobile order and pick up through drive thru at least x2 / a month at this location during my work route. Sometimes for lunch and other times in the late evening. There is rarely a line, they are very fast, the staff is friendly and food consistent. Excellent location!!“

“This Wendy’s is the most consistent in executing Wendy’s standards I have ever seen. They’re fast, the food is the same at 5P and 11P. I met the manager, Matt or Michael I believe, a while back. He’s got it together. The team is friendly but efficient. Everyone is dressed sharp. That doesn’t happen in the QSR industry without exceptional operators, consistent processes and support from ownership. Kudos to this team for role modeling how it’s done.“

“I went there and got a double big bacon classic meal large with a Dr pepper. My wife got a double mushroom Swiss meal large with a diet coke and it was the best meal I've ever bought from any Wendy's period. The fries were so hot and fresh you had to blow on them to eat them and they were salted to perfection. The burger I ordered was amazing. The near was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The veggies were crispy and the bun was soft. I am extremely impressed with the food and the service. The guy at the window was super friendly and professional and it means a lot for me to leave a good review because I expect good food and service from restaurants but I really feel as if this Wendy's went above and beyond tonight. Thank you Wendy's!!!“

“Definitely one of the better Wendy's to go to. They take their time making sure your order is correct and made fresh. Also it is very clean inside, including the restrooms. Highly recommend this Wendy's if you are wanting fast food.“

“I love going here. The people and atmosphere is so friendly and happy majority of the time. I love my rewards I get her better then all the rewards I use from other places bc they add up quickly and have tons of choices. They are great about remembering their regulars and knowing the order n begin preparing it as soon they see me arrive. The managers are great, friendly, helpful people and I would recommend this place to everyone....“

“I always go through a Wendy's to get the chicken parm salad when I want something light. And this location did the cutest thing, the wrapped up the fork and knife in a few napkins and put the dressing and croutons in a little bag so that everything wasnt thrown all over the take out bag. It was a clever little way to add detail. Alot of the other locations I've been to seem to have used a blindfold when constructing this order. Also, the chicken was hot and the salad was chilled. Thanks guys!“

“The person taking my order did his job great. But the preparer did not. I specifically asked for original chicken for the Asiago sandwich and was given the spicy. I was so hungry and didn't see it until I felt it! I'm allergic to spicy! My tongue hurt pretty bad. The manager came out and gave me a frosty to rectify. It took a bit before I was able to eat the corrected sandwich.“

“I went thru the drive thru around 4:30pm. I got the Dave's Double with fries. My hamburger was freshly cooked and was very good. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the fries. They had very salt on them and they were luke warm and soft. They got my order correct and out in a timely fashion. Other than the fries, I had a good experience.“

“Great service I went to Zaxbys before here and got a crappy attitude in the drive through right off the back , because I just said hello to make sure i didn’t miss her saying anything to me..
BUT I came here and the lady at the drive through was so NICE! And turned my mood back to happy! 😃“

“I met the District Manager, Matt today while the register was having a technical error. Matt and Kenny are amazing!

I was having a rough day, had a very bad coffee that was made for me at McDonalds, and desperately Craved a coffee. After saying briefly that I’ve had a “Not so Great Day”, Matt completely tapped into his Humanity and was Gracious enough to Have a heart. He decided to give me my Cold Brew Coffee and the 6 piece Chicken nuggets for free. So Very Sensitive!! I’m pregnant, emotional, and almost started crying in the drive thru at His Generosity. Thank you for making my Day better and being who you are. Stupendous Character.

“Quick food grab while traveling... Got their new breakfast burrito and was pleasantly surprised by both the size and quality. It definitely was not the typical two bite burrito you get at other places. Funny thing is the order was wrong when we pulled out the items from our bag... Instead of the bacon burrito there was a sausage one... Plus an extra burrito was also in the bag. I guess that made up for it. Lol. Overall a good experience.“

“Clean, friendly, and fresh. I've eaten a lot of Wendy's during my life. This one is top tier.

Fries were fresh and crispy. Nice n hot. The burger was excellent - toasted nicely and juicy. My wife's spicy chicken sandwich was also excellent.

The entire order was correct and very fresh. Had to tell the manager how good the good was, nice to see his loud and professional praise of the team in front of other customers.

“Once we got the order correct it was good.

Staff was not attentive and i felt it upon ordering and new it would not be accurate and it wasn't.

When trying to get it remedied it was a challenge.
