“Understaffed. One woman working the front and another working the drive-thru. Wait was long as woman had to make a sandwich then take off her gloves and ring up the customer's order. Plus, did not have scriracha for the sandwich. I wish I had known before visiting or ordering.“

“Our lunch was soo good. The only thing we can complain about is: the side walk and parking spots were not shoveled. I slipped many times getting to the front door. It would only take 14 mins. Too clear that up. It would be a bad lawsuit if someone really fell on it. Thank you again. Food prefect !!“

“Grabbed a Philly and a chicken teriyaki sub to go. The staff were friendly and quick- and holy smokes were those subs hot! made it all the way back to our cabin over 20min away and they were still nice and hot to eat. Both subs were tasty, although I'd like to mention the teriyaki was especially appreciated for it being the salty kind of teriyaki as opposed to the overly sweet kind.“

“I messed my order up online totally my fault went inside to fix it and was given my sandwich that I messed up for free shout out Ms Angie she was awsome no hesitation to fix it for me no questions asked! I repeat Ms Angie was a literal blessing!!“

“The two employees were swarmed by online orders people getting upset.I don’t agree Friday night two people there were at least 15 online orders plus customers in the store waiting I was there about 45 minutes my order was two foot longs the young man did a great job under all the circumstances .Lady came in after I arrived to a mess she started with the online orders.I do plan on calling corporate.

“Sometimes the staff isn't very was my experience a few wks back but she's warmed up to me now that I've been a more frequent guest but I feel that shouldn't matter ya know?《??♀️good customer- service SHOULD ALWAYS BE A PRIORITY》OR AT- LEAST HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY LIFE'S MOTIVATIONS, BUT THATS JUST ME, SHE MAY NOT HAVE BEEN FEELING WELL THOSE COUPLE OF DAYS!!
