“Oh my goodness. This was our first time to visit Flapjacks and let me tell you they did not disappoint. My wife got the strawberry and cream pancakes along with the Wonderland Eggs Breakfast and she absolutely loved it. She bragged about the food the rest of the week. I got regular pancakes and the Barn Buster Platter and I was stuffed when I left. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food that you get. We are already planning our return trip. We live 3.5 hours away and we are willing to drive that just to eat at Flapjacks. Go and eat there. You will be so Glad you did and FULL!!!“

“I saw a video describing this place as “The Best Breakfast” in the Pigeon Forge area and I would agree. The amount of food you get is incredible and everything was delicious. The Hamburger Steak with the gravy was so yummy, but the star of the show was for sure the gigantic cinnamon roll with the most incredible frosting. Our waitress suggested putting some of the frosting in our coffee and she wasn’t wrong. I will for sure come back.“

“The past two times I've gone here there has been hair in my food. First in my avocado roll and today in my veggie hibachi. I've had to requests refunds both times. Today I was questioned about it and told it wasn't anyone's hair there. Why would I be returning something I waited 20 minutes on and only be asking for a refund on the food I didn't eat. However, there are some customers that just come in from other states (tourist) who come in and disrespect not only the restaurant , but the peace of others, during lunch. Bringing a dog inside a restaurant, having it sit on the bench and feeding it your food, then having the audacity to complain to the server about the volume of meat on your order! You need not come back! You people were totally disrespectful to everyone. Yelling at the manager, not acceptable. Sad this happens with tourism.“

The gas lights around the stone wall add an upscale and romantic vibe. Good looking bar with a great selection. Drinks are very affordable. The steaks are fantastic, cooked how you want. The bang bang shrimp and brisket egg rolls are must-have apps. Their smash burgers are great too. Honestly, I haven't had anything bad here or any kind of negative experience. They accommodate large parties and have a first-come bar. We eat here every time we are in the area.“

“On 9/7 my husband and I visited Joe’s Crab Shack in Pigeon Forge. We looked over the menu and there wasn’t much of a Gluten Free option. (My husband has celiac disease). We asked our waitress who was the sweetest some questions and instead of guessing she said I’m going to ask the kitchen staff. Within a matter of minutes the manager came out and asked my husband what he would like. And they went over the menu and the manager and my husband were able to come up with a very delicious Gluten free dinner!! The manager (I didn’t get his name) was fantastic!!! He didn’t make my husband feel unwelcome or a bother! It was our first time ever there and we will definitely be back! Very accommodating and very polite! And the food was GREAT!!! The brisket platter was next. It was cut to weight, so my slice was too thin to actually judge flavor. There was just not enough weight there to justify 25$. I was able to roll up my little slice like deli meat. I would love to go back one day and give a true judgment of it. The apple cobbler was also amazing. Service was absolutely outstanding. “Had breakfast at The Diner this morning. Great food! And Wow, we loved the size of our coffee cups, and it was great coffee. Son ordered the Wyoming omelet, which came with bacon, sausage, ham, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese. It also came with hashbrowns and toast. Hubby ordered the Country Skillet, which came with Hashbrowns topped with 2 biscuits, 2 over easy eggs, sausage gravy, and pepper jack cheese. It also came with toast. I ordered the corn beefed hash with two scrambled eggs. It also came with home fries and 2 biscuits. Lots of food at a good price.“
