She’s so rude and has terrible customer service skills. I come here pretty often and she’s always behind the counter doing the same sh’t. When I have to go to the counter to pay, she never acknowledges or even gets her face out of the phone to speak to me for two seconds. I’m in the food business, so I am all about good customer service and handling the tasks professionally. I’m a good tipper and I expect it to be worth it in all aspects. Again, Food is great. Server is amazing,. just not a good experience with the two behind the counter 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“Food was hot fresh and they even made sure I had the batter-dipped crunches. Which is the fried batter that falls off the battered fish. Most places make you pay for it. The batter-dipped crunches were fried batter fried deliciously crunchy. I enjoyed it because it was crispy on the outside and the inside fish filled juicy with its flavors. I do not know what Captain Ds uses to make them so delicious but I'm sure they did a great job cleaning their fry vats. My highlight was that the food was cooked to order and overall impression is great service and great food!“

We were warmly greeted as we walked in and the young woman working the counter was quick to answer our questions and patient while we decide, I didn’t feel rushed at all.
