“My granddaughter and a few couples went to this Waffle House after a Valentines Dance on 2-5-2023. The waiter was rude and got up in their faces. They waited 30 minutes and what was delivered was appalling. Her date ordered a waffle and all he got was a drink with debri in it and it was dirty. And, when waitress handed it to him, she got up in his face and said here's your order. I don't know who the manager is but he should be fired. There is no reason to treat people like this.“

“There were 3 gentleman working on the night of February 27th and they were all great. As a business owner, seeing other businesses being handled with such elegance is definitely one of the best things to witness. Chase, Bryan, and Lamont are what make this location great. “We had to drop off our car for service in Memphis and decided on IHOP for a late breakfast/brunch. The staff was very nice, our server was pleasant and polite, and the food came quickly and was delicious. The ladies room was also very clean for anyone that might be wondering. Additionally, they allowed us to wait in their vestibule for our ride back to the dealership and were very kind about it. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.“

“Some of my steak tips were hard to cut, old pieces or not cooked correctly.
My hashbrowns were overcooked, I did ask for the crispy but not dry and burnt a little.

Parking: The manager on duty was very professional and courteous and caring about my complaints and took care of my problems.
Normally the food is delicious and I do eat here a lot.
