“Rice Box was a really great find! There aren't many quality Asian cuisine restaurants around the Lebanon/Mt Juliet area so we were really happy to find this place. The food came out hot and fresh, very tasty! The only issue I had with this place was that they served us with paper plates and plastic utensils, which made it difficult to cut food and eat in general. Other than that the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.“

“Generally, a good place; food is always tasty. My only complaint, and the reason it doesn't get a 5 out of 5, is inconsistencies in quantity. One day I went there and ordered homestyle tofu. Got a big huge plate of it, and it was excellent. The next time, I got about a third that's one of these I got the last one (but was still very good. I had told the waitress that I was extremely hungry..... Hint hint hint hint...... to no avail. Other than that, I highly recommend the place. I suggest ordering carry out; most likely, you'll get consistent portions.“

“Food is always good. Price is higher than other fast food places and drinks are extra. I can honestly say they have never messed up my order. Panda is the food version of Starbucks in my opinion if that helps anyone.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp by the door meets ada standards. If you need help the employees will help happily“

“1/1/25 i believe the owners have changed recently or over the past year? We skip the buffets and do Chinese food take out for New Years tradition. China One still has exceptional American Chinese food. The boneless pork ribs, pork fried rice, Mie Fun, lo mein and crab ragoon are done really well! The meat on a stick, chicken & beef teriyaki were both not really on the mark for teriyaki flavor and the beef was bubble gum chewy.
The folks behind the counter were very friendly and the store was bright and clean. We know what we like and just order. The pictured food ran us $70-$80… The price seemed a bit high to be honest, but tradition is tradition and good Chinese food can be hard to come by.
Old review:Not since I left the Boston area have I found American Chinese food this good.“

“My family stopped visiting this China Wok after the previous owner faced serious legal issues involving a minor. The vibe now (2025) is so much better. The food portions were generous, the food was hot, and the staff accommodated my request to cook the General Tso's and the Eggroll just enough to avoid hurting my broken tooth. The chicken fried rice in the combination platter could use more flavor, but the meal overall was fantastic! We'll be back.“
