“Great atmosphere and great food !!“

“12/19/25: Server Fenisha (sp) 5:45 pm. I have been by this location going to the post office so many times and just plain missed it. It next to but under the bridge level along the river bank. Across from the Fire Department. Very inviting look to it as you approach. We parked under the bridge curbside, and felt safe in the area. Walked maybe 100 feet. Entered technically from the back into the bar area. Very warm friendly folks, not loud, big vintage chairs at the table we sat at looking out the massive beautiful windows. The restrooms are through the other side of the dinning room which is not far away, lots of history on the way back to look at. The tables in the dinning room were so intimate and quaint, the gas fireplace was on and it was perfect. We will be back to sit in that room, we just didnt want to jump ship on our server that night. The menu which is on their sites is very inviting, and price pointed far better then most. The taste was on point and the helping sizes were fairly large. It was a much-needed night out to go hide from our lives for a couple hours. We enjoyed it and we will be back, probably together, and bringing friends on occasion. I love the history of the longest running family business in the town, and the town itself. Another Tennessee gem, I give it 4.5 stars only gripe I had was they were out of shrimp and the pineapple cake. LOL Thank you team, we will update this as we visit in the future.“

“This is a great little restaurant in Loudon. The old train depot. It’s has a little of the old mixed with hints of a sports bar.

I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger and my wife had the Pulled Pork Tacos. The dishes presented well and the food was hot.

The service was very good and our glasses never ran dry without refills.

It’s a nice place to have a meal.“

“Absolutely the biggest, best footlong I've had in a while. My husband ordered the BIG hamburger & was impressed. Very seasoned food & it was great tasting! Oh let me tell ya, if you want THE BEST onion rings in the world just go to Fat Hats & order the large portion!! They are the BEST!!

“We had a large party with us. Our server was wonderful I believe his name was Travis. He was fabulous. I’ve never been taken such good care of. This was at the Lenoir City, Tn Cracker Barrel. Warm friendly people that work there.“

“We live in Knoxville Tn. and we were on our way to Panama City and decided to stop by Shoney‘s in Lenoir City Tn. for breakfast. We had never been there before but the moment we walked in a lady seated us and she made us feel like she had known us forever. We didn’t know her before we went in but later found out her name was Denise. After seating us she was also our waitress. It did not take us long to see how much she loved her job by the way she served people. Not just us but everyone we saw come in the door she greeted with a smile and joy. She was such a huge blessing to us first thing this morning. We hope Shoney’s knows how valuable she is to their company. A genuine person with a sweet, sweet spirit. The food was good too?“

“We came in late for breakfast hung over . That is the biscuit and gravy was delicious!!!! I can't wait to come back and try dinner.

“This location has the best service of any restaurant in Tennessee. Our waiter came to our table and we gave the drink order. While she was still at our table our drinks showed up. Wow.. Then we ordered and right after got our salad and soup. Fast... As soon as we ate that they took our empty plates and brought us our main course. I can't explain how fast all that happened. Also the ticket was less expensive than the fast food across the street. I will also stop at this Chili's when I'm in the area. Thank you for the great service and food.“

I believe she said her name was haley? she was a hoot! made sure I had everything without me having to ask. Even though she seemed like she was only one running back and forth between registers besides one other in the back, she was helping make the food too!
