“Absolutely the biggest, best footlong I've had in a while. My husband ordered the BIG hamburger & was impressed. Very seasoned food & it was great tasting! Oh let me tell ya, if you want THE BEST onion rings in the world just go to Fat Hats & order the large portion!! They are the BEST!!

“We had a large party with us. Our server was wonderful I believe his name was Travis. He was fabulous. I’ve never been taken such good care of. This was at the Lenoir City, Tn Cracker Barrel. Warm friendly people that work there.“

“We live in Knoxville Tn. and we were on our way to Panama City and decided to stop by Shoney‘s in Lenoir City Tn. for breakfast. We had never been there before but the moment we walked in a lady seated us and she made us feel like she had known us forever. We didn’t know her before we went in but later found out her name was Denise. After seating us she was also our waitress. It did not take us long to see how much she loved her job by the way she served people. Not just us but everyone we saw come in the door she greeted with a smile and joy. She was such a huge blessing to us first thing this morning. We hope Shoney’s knows how valuable she is to their company. A genuine person with a sweet, sweet spirit. The food was good too?“

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The food was nothing short of exceptional—each dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The New York Steak was a standout, and the dessert was the perfect finish to an already perfect meal.
You can tell the team here truly cares about the details, from the ambiance to the plating to the timing of each course. It’s rare to find a place that nails every aspect of the dining experience, but this restaurant does just that.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I have been several times. The staff is great! The portions are generous but if you like seasoning forget it. I have tried the entrees. I have not liked any of them. The roast is sliced deli meat ,I was looking forward to a roast out of the oven or crockpot. The chicken says southern fried., so I thought I'd get a thigh or leg. Got a flat chicken patty. On the good side ..the fries, okra and onion rings are great. They have good hoagies too. The hamburgers are fantastic...however there was a new cook today, so not as good as usual. I will be back but stick to the sandwiches, chicken and dumplings or the catfish ( they were all fantastic)!“

“even though service was a little slow, DUE TO SHORT STAFF. Food was really good & HOT! We stopped at 3 other restaurants before coming here. Glad we did. Our waiter was really sweet & took very good care of us considering the circumstances. Thank you!“

“This chilis location does get crowded.
We sat at the bar. The bottomless chips and salsa are decent but a little salty.
We had a salad and the triple appetizer thing which was really good.
The beer was not filled to the top which why I’m giving a 4 star“

“tall girl with bright blonde streaks in her hair... very outgoing personality at the drive thru. I believe she said her name was haley? she was a hoot! made sure I had everything without me having to ask. Even though she seemed like she was only one running back and forth between registers besides one other in the back, she was helping make the food too! She kept a smile and great energy, I'll definitely be back!“
