The prices were good.
But the service was not. We ordered and she brought all of us our drinks except for my sister's mimosa. Which she didn't get till our meal arrived .
No silverware till after our meal arrived. Did not ask us if we needed anything while waiting on our meals. Did not refill our drinks till after our meals arrived. And an other waitress had to help her. It really wasn't that busy. We still left her a pretty good tip.
I know we all have bad days, but she should have asked for help sooner, if she was having an off day.“

“Went to the Farragut location today and will never be back. We had a 15 min wait which is odd, because they had plenty of empty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills or anything else. All of the food was cold, fries were tasteless and soggy. The crispy chicken sandwich had brown guacamole on it, there shouldn't of been an guacamole it on. Ordered the ensenada chicken platter. It was all sorts of wrong. We asked for coleslaw as a side. It was 2 pieces of sad looking burned chicken with fries and a side of coleslaw. Told the waitress that's isn't correct, not what it should be at all. She said well that's because I thought you said fries. she offered a side salad with tortilla strips. I said no I want what I ordered she said I will see what I can do. Then comes back with the wrong order AGAIN! This time no fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw and 2 pieces of burned chicken covered in ranch. I don't understand why we couldn't have what we ordered. Asked for a manager, she never showed up some guy from the kitchen did. We ended up paying only for the drinks and drove 35 mins back home to eat dinner 2 hours late. We can here to celebrate something and what a disaster. we will never be back.“

“At first glance, Denton's looks like your typical fast food restaurant. Once you see the menu, you'll be happily surprised. They offer burgers, chicken, corn dogs, etc. But in my opinion, what makes this such a great place is the choices for shakes and smoothies for less than half the price of places like Smoothie King. Bobus: they sell full sized funnel cakes!“

“My wife and I went to restaurant to get a salad on the 29th of December. The Kaneisha was taking our order. I ordered the salad bar and an Arnold Palmer. My ask about the specials. Kaneisha said rudely something about a fish sandwich. But she ordered salad bar and water with lemon. We went to the salad bar. The salad bar was bad at least eight items was empty. We got to table and had to ask for silverware. After we got our drinks we had to ask for straws. My wife got her water but no lemons. I got a lemonade not an Arnold Palmer. We had to ask for the lemons. She brought the lemons rudely like we was broughting her. After we ate our salads she came back I ask what my drink was. She said it was an Arnold Palmer. I said it was more like a lemonade. She slapped the check down on the table and said "there is that" and stormed away. We paid the bill with cash.“

“My husband and I frequent here often and over the years we’ve witnessed the highs and lows but overall it’s been pleasant. This store is so lucky to have their manager Kayla she went above and beyond to rectify and correct a hiccup we had in our recent visit and truly amazed me the grace and empathy that woman carried. Our server was avery, keep doing what you’re doing girl, this jobs hard and not for the weak, but you’re doing great. The bag is always filled with fries and customer service is always great. I remember coming in last minute at one time and I was just about to leave because I didn’t want to bother the staff. What do you mean I can have Corndogs and Quesadillas as combo SIDE ITEMS? And you get 2? Those tray combos are suspiciously cheap especially these days, and somehow still delicious.
