“The atmosphere was great! The food was really good.
The prices were good.
But the service was not. We ordered and she brought all of us our drinks except for my sister's mimosa. Which she didn't get till our meal arrived .
No silverware till after our meal arrived. Did not ask us if we needed anything while waiting on our meals. Did not refill our drinks till after our meals arrived. And an other waitress had to help her. It really wasn't that busy. We still left her a pretty good tip.
I know we all have bad days, but she should have asked for help sooner, if she was having an off day.“

“My wife and I went to restaurant to get a salad on the 29th of December. The Kaneisha was taking our order. I ordered the salad bar and an Arnold Palmer. My ask about the specials. Kaneisha said rudely something about a fish sandwich. But she ordered salad bar and water with lemon. We went to the salad bar. The salad bar was bad at least eight items was empty. We got to table and had to ask for silverware. After we got our drinks we had to ask for straws. My wife got her water but no lemons. I got a lemonade not an Arnold Palmer. We had to ask for the lemons. She brought the lemons rudely like we was broughting her. After we ate our salads she came back I ask what my drink was. She said it was an Arnold Palmer. I said it was more like a lemonade. She slapped the check down on the table and said "there is that" and stormed away. We paid the bill with cash.“

“I accidentally ordered Togo food right before they closed and called to cancel and apologized, but they were so kind and told me it wasn’t an issue and were happy to make it for me. I really appreciate they did that and the food was fresh and delicious.“

“Went to the Farragut location today and will never be back. We had a 15 min wait which is odd, because they had plenty of empty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills or anything else. All of the food was cold, fries were tasteless and soggy. The crispy chicken sandwich had brown guacamole on it, there shouldn't of been an guacamole it on. Ordered the ensenada chicken platter. It was all sorts of wrong. We asked for coleslaw as a side. It was 2 pieces of sad looking burned chicken with fries and a side of coleslaw. Told the waitress that's isn't correct, not what it should be at all. She said well that's because I thought you said fries. she offered a side salad with tortilla strips. I said no I want what I ordered she said I will see what I can do. Then comes back with the wrong order AGAIN! This time no fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw and 2 pieces of burned chicken covered in ranch. I don't understand why we couldn't have what we ordered. Asked for a manager, she never showed up some guy from the kitchen did. We ended up paying only for the drinks and drove 35 mins back home to eat dinner 2 hours late. We can here to celebrate something and what a disaster. we will never be back.“

“11:15am 7/13 Literally the best experience Ive ever had at a McDonald's. I forgot you can get Fresh, HOT fries and food at a McDonald's. Sweetest woman came out and handed me my food (since they were waiting on fries in the fryer) and offered extra sauces to me from a tray. Incredible experience. “Always great might need a little bit of tidying up sometimes, but nothing worth putting the review in any sort of negative direction the burgers are good. The bag is always filled with fries and customer service is always great. I remember coming in last minute at one time and I was just about to leave because I didn’t want to bother the staff. They were extremely insistent that it was all right, although they were about to close in the next 10 minutes. They reassured me that they had time and it wasn’t busy at all.“

The gentleman at the register offered very little interaction or assistance when I had questions and mostly just stared at me while I tried to order. I’m not sure what kind of day he may have been having, and I certainly don’t want to be unkind, but the interaction made me feel as though I had done something wrong simply by asking questions. A little patience, friendliness, or willingness to help would have made the experience much less stressful. I hope our next visit feels a little more welcoming.“

“After a mishap with a DoorDash delivery, the manager gave me a credit to use at the restaurant. I was very impressed with my meal and the service was above and beyond. Their steak will never be Chop House quality, but it's not bad for the price. Everything was prepared the way I asked, and I especially enjoyed the homestyle cheesy broccoli. It had a little kick to it. The sizzlin caramel apple pie was also really good. I will definitely be back.“
