“I've been to this Firehouse dozens of times and no other place I go has this kind of consistent goodness. Its clean and the subs are always made with care. You can ask for extra mayo without them making your sandwich a soupy mess. They are obviously all trained well.“

“Eating here now and Jordan is the ONLY employee working which is totally unfair to him. Apparently another coworker called in sick, but not sure why a manager or someone else didn’t come in to help him out. Jordan is handling the large crowd very professionally and really should be paid much more since he is handling all online orders, making sandwiches/salads and running the register!Subway is definitely getting their monies worth with Jordan as he is an exceptional worker… hoping he gets a raise very soon! “Subway makes sandwiches of which I have been eating in different cities and states for the last 40 years. Some of their stores do a better job than others based on staffing levels and the employees. This one has good employees and the times I've been there good staffing levels. Personally, I like their old menu. Their new menu not so much. They cut down on bread choices over the years as well, but I am sure that was based on business analytics. This store seems to do more drive-through than walk-in business as well. It is currently my family's goto place for Subway.“

They double check everything when making your sandwich to make sure they don’t mishear or misunderstand what you want on it or how you want it. “Usually pretty consistent, I always order an Italian and it always hits the spot. I’ve only had one bad sub out of hundreds — it was toward the end of the day and the meat was a poor cut or something, it was really chewy and I had to remove it. Other than that, service is friendly, facility is maintained. Just don’t go at lunch time on a Friday, the wait then is always insane.“
