“Subway makes sandwiches of which I have been eating in different cities and states for the last 40 years. Some of their stores do a better job than others based on staffing levels and the employees. This one has good employees and the times I've been there good staffing levels. Personally, I like their old menu. Their new menu not so much. They cut down on bread choices over the years as well, but I am sure that was based on business analytics. This store seems to do more drive-through than walk-in business as well. It is currently my family's goto place for Subway.“

“Average subway they never put unuff meat on the sandwich unless u pay for double meat . An allot of the meat like turkey ham.. had went completely down the drain they have cut back cost and switched to a thin sliced not sure if it's real meat or not.. It all taste smells am looks the same..like that cheap meat u get 5 for a dollar at the discount store .I went because I have a crazy for there philly cheese steak that's not a philly at all.. “On August 6, 2026 I placed an order for delivery through the subway app a little after 2pm. They kept changing the delivery time and when I tried calling the store no one would answer. I reached out to another Subway up the road and they gave me their managers phone number and apologized for the inconvenience. I spoke to Nikki and explained to her my situation and the delivery driver showed up while I was on the phone with her. He apologized for the delay and being caught in traffic and I explained to him I had tried calling the store before he got there. He said the employee there was playing on her phone when he arrived. My order was $17.98. after he left I went to go eat and found that the foitling was not toasted as I requested, there was a small hole in the chip bag and the chips were stale, my cookie was hard as a rock. I called Nikki back and told her my dilemma because I don't have a vehicle which is why I paid for delivery. She said she would reach out to the manager of the Westgate subway and have them cancel our the order and that the funds would go back onto my gift card. On Saturday I tried calling the store several times and couldn't get an answer so I had to get a ride to go directly to the store. When I went in the employee was sitting at a table playing on her cell phone. She was very rude and said she wasn't about to give me her managers number but she called and talked to someone and said that they were handling it. I asked for corporate office phone number and she said she didn't know it. She also said that the phone is left in the office and that the office door stays locked. Here it is 8 days later and the refund still has not went back on to my gift card and no one will answer when I call the store and no one I talk to seems to know the phone number for corporate office. And they have my phone number from where I ordered through the app and no one has tried calling me back or anything. So essentially I paid $17.98 for a meal that was poor quality and not fixed the way I had ordered it and they decided rather than refund my gift card like they should that they would just keep that money. I feel that they think they can get by with it because I don't have a vehicle and that I will just go away over time. It is wrong for them to take advantage of people and when you mess up their orders not to refund the entire amount just because they used a giftcard. If I had used PayPal or any other debit card I could dispute the charge and the bank would credit it back. If I could give less than 1 star I would“
