“This quaint BBQ restaurant is excellent! A couple went with us - all four are more than pleased - it was delightful. We try most every new BBQ place; this is the best in 40+ years. If you have tasted old-fashioned BBQ (meaning smoked long & slow and not over direct heat), immediately you will know... and smile. The two sides (baked beans & potato salad) were great as was the BBQ Chicken Nachos (choice of meats). The portions were large. I say it is a must visit.”

“33 Diner is a great place to get some home cooked, delicious food. The service is friendly and you won't have to wait long on your meal. My husband and I both enjoyed our choices. I had a hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, peas, pinto beans and cornbread. My husband had a hamburger steak as well, potatoes, tomatoes and cornbread. Most meals are around $10-12 and the portions are generous. The diner serves breakfast all day (with the prettiest biscuits you'll see) as well as burgers and meat & 3 plates. You can find the 33 Diner on Hwy 33 in Maynardville, just across from the Co-op. If you are in the area, it's well worth stopping in!”

We were seated quickly and all I can say is I have never been to a restaurant where all 3 people said basically the same thing on the first bite, Oh my God! 2 ribeyes and a filet that were all amazing! I hate that I haven't eaten here before, but I will become a regular.”

“My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by our dinner here. The best fried pickles! They had a smoked flavor and were fresh & crispy and the perfect bite size to dip in one of the best sauce we ever had! They make their own in house ranch that has this insanely delicious Smoky flavor that will have you hooked! Also to note is the dining room was immaculate, incredibly clean. Each table was prestine ...no crumbs or nasty sticky residue, well maintained. The brisket was good, Mac & cheese was yummy, although I personally would have preferred for it to have come out hotter in the dish...Cole slaw was unique, I'll be honest it didn't make the list for me personally. However, that's not stopping us from going back and trying everything else on the menu and picking up a bottle of STR Ranch! I highly recommend you stop in and give them a try! The owner is passionate about his cooking and takes the time to check in on your experience which adds a nice touch as well. Looking forward to the next flavorful meal!”

“We love eating at this little local deli. Food is hot and fresh and the service friendly. It's a wait sometimes but that's because they make it to order. Love their seasonal Thanksgiving panini! My husband likes their chicken salad and I like the burgers, grilled cheese, and tomato bisque! I am not tempted by dessert though... they taste too syrupy sweet for my taste.We have also used their catering services. They did a fantastic job with the ministry fundraiser we hired them to cater. Everyone was please with the breakfast buffet! Their crew pulled it off without a hitch! Betty was very helpful and professional. The prices were reasonable, and the food was hot and delicious! I would definitely recommend! Even though I'm not a fan of the dessert, the breakfast scones were amazing! I'd buy dessert if they carried those in their deli!”

“A gem in far-away Maynardville ? I like the simplicity of the food and the unpretentious Southern hospitality. We ordered Nachos, Hotdog and Catfish, and sides (okra, coleslaw, fries). Sweet Iced Tea is just the right amount of sweetness and freshly brewed, not the diabetic-sweet Iced Tea that the South is known for. Coffee is not up to our coffee snob standard, but that’s fine (coz we shall definitely drink superb coffee at home). Try their cherry pie, it’s very delish! Restroom is very clean.”

“So far 3 of my visits to this Subway has been great. Except the dozen of cookies I bought. It was close to closing time and the young man working told me and my partner they were fresh. They were extremely hard. Even microwaving them did not help. We thought about bringing it to there attention but busy schedules make it hard. So I do not recommend the cookies at this particular Subway.Vegetarian options: There is a medium selection of vegetables.”

I'll get some Naldo's, as a treat.Food's normal quality. However, shout-out to the girl in the window with the snake bite piercings. Literally the most pleasant interaction I've ever had with a McDonald's employee. If she's not employee of the month every month and isn't making like $18+/hr, y'all sleeping on giving this girl what she deserves. She was so sweet that it stuck out as being different, like she actually cares and actually likes what she does kinda vibe. That's the sort of person that needs to be rewarded, even if it's fake niceness (which it didn't seem like. She had the vibe of just being a really pleasant person). Anyway. If her manager sees this, give her a raise or something!”
