I can’t say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere makes you want to hang out all night—great lighting, good music, and a nice balance of lively without being too loud. Customer service is top-notch; every bartender and server treated us like regulars even though it was our first visit. Tim, the manager, is fantastic. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the staff and the guests, and that kind of leadership shows in the overall experience.”

“We visit Smoky Mountain Brewery frequently. It is one of our favorite places in Gatlinburg. The food is always great along with the service. We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.”

It was also a pleasant surprise to find that they offer sugar-free DrPepper as a fountain drink. We particularly enjoyed the authentic black beans💯 We’ve been to many Cuban restaurants in Miami, the Caribbean, etc. This is one of our favorites 👍🏼”

“We stopped thinking they may have donuts to satisfy my 12 yr old craving for something sweet. They didn't have donuts, so my daughter chose a French toast bagel. We drove less than a mile and had to turn around after the scent of the bagel filled the vehicle. We went back and got 2 more French toast bagels. Soooooo good! Next time I'll try the coffee. I had already gotten a fresh cup of coffee from Duncan. We will return.

“Our group of 7 people stayed at Dragon City June 13th-15th and let me tell you, we were impressed with this gem of a biker resort!!! The hotel rooms were very comfortable, clean, and the decor was perfect!!! We arrived as the restaurant was closing but they greeted us and said they would keep it open so we could enjoy dinner after a long day of traveling through on and off rain. The food was delicious, especially the Philly steak sandwich! We originally heard about this place from Adam Sandoval on Motorcycle Destinations. He was absolutely right about this being a great place to stay! We will most definitely stay here again when we return to ride the Tail of the Dragon and all of the other great roads in the area! I highly recommend Dragon City with 5 out of 5 stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

I love the doggie menu they have for when you bring your pets! Outside seating and live music. AND it’s relatively cheap for the amount of food and how good it is!”

“Chris Moon runs a fantastic bar and restaurant, I must say between the awesome staff who is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The bar tenders are beautiful, and very nice along with helpful when it comes to the most popular items. I was skeptical at first because anyone who knows bar food it can be hit or miss, BUT Two doors down exceeded my expectations and I’m not talking a little bit, but by a lot. Me and my company ordered hot wings, the moonshine chicken nachos, pork chops, and the frito pie, we had many different drinks from the grape drank (my favorite) pineapple and rum; Mai tai, and some others. Not one single thing disappointed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and was the best bar food I’ve ever had. The atmosphere of the bar was amazing, good upbeat music, and a phenomenal atmosphere. Chris came in and joined us to a great educated conversation which ended our evening perfectly. If you haven’t tried this establishment before then you are missing out for sure. “This place is absolutely the bomb! I think the same people have been eating here since they’ve opened. They’ve got it down to a science. I have the three meat combo with steak, shrimp, and scallops every time and they never let me down. It’s probably one of the most consistently good meals in town that you can bet on walking out of that place full as a tick.

My hat’s off to this place. Very consistent. Very delicious. Highly recommend.

“It was our first time visiting today. The man at the window told us and I quote “ Hope you guys are ready for the best burger in town” and let me tell you, he wasn’t lying! I had the “boom boom burger” and my wife had the classic “Bonner burger”. They were both amazing and so were the fries and the fried mushrooms. Super nice folks also. Will definitely be going back again!”

The dough was done, but not burnt, pepperoni was cupped and slightly crispy, and the cheese was pull-y but easy to cut. The marinara was yummy, as well. 10/10 would recommend! Pretty great! We ordered a mangonada, gansito milkshake, tamales and 2 ice creams (bubble gum and gansito). The tamales are large, but a bit pricey at $4/ea. The mangonada was not my favorite and I love mangonadas. The mangonada portion is a mango ice cream not sorbet and the chimoy tastes more like a strawberry syrup. The ice cream and milkshake were delicious!”

“It has been years since I ate here and thought I would give it a try instead of my regular place. Worst decision of the day. I saw a picture and description of the Mexican pizza (included)and thought I would give it a try. it was far from either the pic or description. It was a sparse bed of lettuce with flour tortillas and a ton of unflavored ground meat and a little bit of cheese on a couple of pieces. It was missing the beans, guac, pico, jalapeno, sour cream, etc....taco bell mashed a much better one and it costs half the price. It was the worst I have ever eaten. I won't be back”

It was light and cooked absolutely perfectly, the sauce wasn’t over powering like others I’ve had. Everything we got tasted delicious from the spring rolls to my Pad See Eu that I ordered and my boyfriend’s fried rice and sushi rolls. Placed a mobile order at the Starbucks on Lamar Alexander, so I wouldn’t have to get out of the car, pulled up to the curbside pickup and realized my mobile app said “In-store only” I was so disappointed because the purpose of ordering on my app was so I didn’t have to go inside! I called the store and the lady on the phone was SO SWEET! I told her I had been sick and wasn’t sure if I could come inside. She explained that they have curbside closed due to the rainy weather earlier in the day, but that she would send someone out to deliver me my drink!!! HOW AMAZING IS THAT!? Talk about good customer service!! And to top it all off they left a message on my cup that TOTALLY made my day!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Starbucks!!💚💚💚”

Since my pizzas were going to sitting on my porch for 2 hours, he redid the whole order for me! Thank you so much for taking care of your customers!
