This is quite possibly the best brisket I've had this year. Staff is super friendly, too. All fresh made daily from the cooker outside to the bread to the family's strawberry shortcake recipe. The appetizers and desserts are next level good! I would strongly encourage you to try this restaurant.
Best meat and two veggies I’ve had for a long while. My choice was the grilled chicken with a cucumber salad and sweet potatoes. My partner got the fried chicken and was happy with it. Great service and friendly staff. Even met Chef Jeff. Seating inside for 24 and we saw a bunch of take out. I’ll be going back for breakfast. One block off Covington Pike down Pleasant View. Enjoy.
Exceptional, made-from-scratch “meat and two” lunch! This place is definitely worth the little extra drive! Hamburger steak and mashed potatoes smothered in gravy, balsamic roasted brussels, and fresh baked sourdough bread off the griddle. Had to take home a sourdough cinnamon roll and an apple fried pie, as well. Glad I did! Will definitely be back and supporting this local business! Distinctively better than any “meat and two” meal I’ve had out.
