Overall the experience eating here has been ok. The chicken is overly crusted hard, yet sometimes it's perfect. Overall good experience.

Church's Texas Chicken is a restaurant known for its delicious chicken. Customers often praise the staff for their friendly and respectful service, which has helped improve the overall atmosphere. The food is described as fresh, immaculate, and tasty, with popular items such as Jalapeño Bombers, Mac, biscuits, and chicken. However, some customers have noted that service can be inconsistent, depending on the time of day, and occasionally the chicken is not fresh. Parking may be limited due to construction nearby. There have also been concerns about availability, as some customers arrived too late and found the location had run out of chicken. Additionally, one customer was surprised to find the restaurant closed with no food available on a Friday night, which was not an isolated incident. Despite these challenges, many appreciate the quality of the food and the respectful attitude of the staff, even though there is a high turnover rate typical of fast-food places. Overall, Church's Texas Chicken remains a place valued for its tasty food and friendly service.
