Very rude employees not sure who the two young ladies are that were at the front counter at 5pm 9/16/26 but I’m not surprised by the customer service because this is not the first time I’ve had issues with their customer service. Went through the drive thru and customer service was poor. Got to the window a drive up beside my car was very irate. She didn't seem to like the person on the other end of the speaker as well. But the lady at the window who the money was very pleasant, not sure if that was the same person. But the customer service has to do better.

Church's Texas Chicken in Memphis is known for its hot and fresh food, welcoming employees, and great customer service. The restaurant is clean and inviting, and the staff is polite and attentive to customers' needs. The food is cooked fresh and the online ordering process is efficient. However, the parking lot and drive-through can be a bit cramped. Overall, it's a positive dining experience that leaves a good impression on customers.
