“Outstanding food and service every single time.“

“Our dining experience was comparable, if not above, the one we had at the French Laundry, in Napa. From being seated to our departure the service and cuisine were magnificent. The service staff was exemplary. All were very congenial, knowledgeable, helpful, and masterful of their responsibilities Our dining was preceded by being seated, by, Bella, for a short wait, where were given Champagne and hors'doeuvres. After being seated our server, Solomon, brought us two perfectly made dry, shaken, Grey Goose Martinis served up. We ordered the four course menu. I had my courses with the wine pairing of the evening. and my wife enjoyed a bottle of 2023 Cake Bread Chardonnay. While we enjoyed our cocktail we were served an assortment of appetizers and a bread serving. Our first course was a serving of two very rich and tasty ravioli. Our second course was a serving of Ahi Tuna Crudo ,which was delightful in it's mixture of tuna fruit and spice. Prior to our third course were invited to meet the chef in the kitchen and enjoy a palette cleanser. The chef was a young, pleasant, cordial, and very interesting man. For our third course we had the Tornados of Elk which was tender, savory and cooked to perfection. For our fourth Course I had the strawberry shortcake and my wife the White Chocolate Ice cream . Both desserts were the perfect ending to a splendid repast. I whole heartedly recommend Chez Philippe for a delightful dining experience.“
