This Krystal always does right by me. Fresh food, good employees, gets my order right, and looks clean (I haven't dined in tbh). Still one of the best fast food joints I regularly hit up in memphis.
I grew up in the South and used to love Krystal. Whenever I have an opportunity I drop by a Krystal, but I may not again- the restaurant was dirty and dilapidated, the parking lot was a mess, the attention from the staff was sorely lacking, the front registers weren't working, and I had to remind the staff of my order more than once- not to mention they looked dirty and unprofessional, and didn't seem to have any sense of urgency.
