About Krystal

Krystal restaurant is a standout location that consistently serves fresh food, even during peak hours. The staff, led by capable managers, work hard to ensure a smooth and efficient service. One exceptional employee, known for going above and beyond, demonstrated a remarkable commitment to customer satisfaction by taking an order outside during a technical issue. The team's dedication and kindness create a wholesome experience, making customers feel valued and appreciated. With piping hot and fresh food, timely service, and stellar customer care, Krystal's Austin Peay location is a shining example of excellent service recovery. Customers have noted that the menu in the restaurant itself is limited to about 8 items, but the full menu is available at the drive-thru, despite small print. The food is always freshly made, and the breakfast options are good and reasonably priced. An example of the staff’s dedication was seen when they helped a customer with a delivery issue involving stray dogs, offering support without hesitation. Another customer shared that during late-night hours, the drive-thru staff can be friendly and helpful, making the experience more pleasant despite some initial rudeness on the speaker. Overall, Krystal provides quick service, fresh food, and a caring team that goes the extra mile.
