With piping hot and fresh food, timely service, and stellar customer care, Krystal's Austin Peay location is a shining example of excellent service recovery. Customers have noted that the menu in the restaurant itself is limited to about 8 items, but the full menu is available at the drive-thru, despite small print. The food is always freshly made, and the breakfast options are good and reasonably priced. An example of the staff’s dedication was seen when they helped a customer with a delivery issue involving stray dogs, offering support without hesitation. Another customer shared that during late-night hours, the drive-thru staff can be friendly and helpful, making the experience more pleasant despite some initial rudeness on the speaker.
