picked up to go order. automatic 20% gratuity added for 2 meals. grits were spoiled and placed in Styrofoam box. spilled out into my plastic bag and burned me. you could smell the spoiled milk. hashbrown tasted like they had been reheated multiple times. pancakes undercooked and runny in the middle.
Took a while to be acknowledged. VERY slow service. Food was ok. Floor was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. Poorly managed.
The wait staff was nice.
Long wait to be seated and for mediocre food. Very friendly staff, but poor management.
