“I was visiting Memphis and tried the bubble tea shop and was not disappointed. The wait was very short and the quality of our drinks was amazing. Do yourself a favor and try the mango milk tea with mango boba you will not be disappointed! I will definitely be back to the bubble tea shop!“

“I rarely give reviews on a business page but the service we received today warrants it. Having been to the restaurant multiple times, we have always had awesome food and great service. Today however, was awful. Our waitress, who also appeared to be the bartender, was MIA for the majority of the time. She took our order, only to come back to the table to ask us to repeat the order., total of three items. Brought our appetizer at the same time as our food, essentially throwing it all down on the table, and then disappeared. We ran out of drinks, then had to ask the guy at the cash register for our ticket and a to-go box resulting in our having to pay at the cash register. She finally appeared to bring back the check and then became angry, calling us miserable people, when she didn't get a tip for her poor service. I don't think I can support a company who allows this kind of service.“

“I love coming here. Kristy and her team always make us feel special. The food is amazing! We love Chef Poncho for making Sushi! He have us right every time. We eat here twice a month. We come for the atmosphere and the good food! The music is always on point! Excellent Service!“

“There was a disruption with the terminal at the register and the servers were so nice! They apologized a lot and gave another dish as a sorry for their mistake. I wasn’t originally very offended, as this happens a lot, but it touched me to see how much they tried to fix their mistake. Love this place! Always have adored the food!“

“Steak teriyaki bentu box. An extra California roll. Very good and always really fresh. The restaurant is always clean also. No weird smells. Thanks a lot 😊

“Kirby location: They BURNT my rice :( Usually the rice is great. But this time I literally smelled burnt food when I walked in and my rice tasted like the bottom of the skillet and had black specks on it. If I wasn’t starving, I woulda took it back in for a remake…very disappointed. Im a regular customer. I probably go once or twice a month now. I gave em 4 stars because the food is usually on point. I feel like they keep pans of premade rice and meat then heat it up soon as they get an order. I like Sake Vs Tekila much better. I will give them another try tho.“

“Regarding the food, some are very delicious but other times it lacks a little more flavor, with respect to the service it is more or less since it is very difficult to communicate with the people who serve and with respect to the atmosphere I think it would be more pleasant if the tables and chairs were organized and not accumulated on one side.“

“So honestly we enjoy Sekisui Midtown. Only our second time going. First time had 4 amazing roles between the two of us. Tonight we went and wanted to try something different than our first time. And while we did not care for one of the roles, which happens, I was disappointed in a specific order for the Alaskan role. The menu calls for blue crab, and what we got was a karb stick. Now I don’t mind paying for a karb stick but I don’t like being given karb when blue crab is on the menu. I asked the waitress when she came over what was in the role and she correctly pointed out that it was a karb stick. I informed her that was not what then menu calls for. She offered to discount that role. When the check arrived she took 20% off that individual role. So we paid $9 for a karb stick. This is a swindle. If I hadn’t asked they would have passed off blue crab at karb prices. They should have simple come and said we are out of blue crab but can substitute it for XXX would you still like that. We will give them another try, but I will be more careful when the food is delivered to make sure we are getting what we ordered. Suggest you do the same.“

“I really was craving seafood boil! I had no clue that Tokyo grill on Summer had them! 10/10 very delicious one pound of shrimp comes with broccoli, 1 egg, potato and corn. I ask for the corn to be replaced for a potato and let me tell you once I got home I really enjoyed it the flavor was on point. 👌🏻“

“Grandson wanted hibachi for his birthday. We loved the experience, family friendly restaurant. Children even got to feed the fish, just ask. Went early for the 5pm discount. Had to wait for check because it got busy, because employees were busy giving everyone the same great experience.“

“Tokyo GriLL has some of the Best Rice 🍚 I have tasted. I have been to a lot of Chinese Rice spots in my city 🌆 and this one☝🏽takes the points. Rice 🍚 so good and hot with steam everytime. Chinese Rice 🍚 off the ChizzLe(good)! Even the veggie 🥦 fried rice is good. Food very affordable. I promise that you won’t regret eating 🥣 here for Lunch or Dinner 🍽️ !!!“

“Food was on point! The fried rice was some of the best I’ve had and the scallops were perfect! The onion soup,steak, shrimp, and vegetables were all very good. Price point is a bit high, but when you go to a high end restaurant you should expect that. I also have to give a big shout out to our server Keara! She was kind, great attitude, and was very attentive to our needs. When I go back I will definitely ask to be seated at her table.“
