The actual sandwiches may not match the advertised pictures, with thin patties and smooshed buns. Despite this, it is considered better than McDonald's. One specific positive note was the excellent customer service, with CJ standing out for going above and beyond. However, the food did not meet expectations, with cold burgers and inaccurately tasting drinks. The Asiago chicken sandwich was a highlight. The staff seemed understaffed, but the drive-through worker did her best to multitask. Overall, while there were some positives, the experience fell short of expectations, making it a hit or miss for Wendy's fans.
