This Whataburger location receives praise for its excellent customer service and friendly, caring staff who are communicative and maintain positive attitudes. Employees are noted for going above and beyond, showing patience and checking on customers. The food is described as good and fresh, with a nice variety, benefiting from being a 24-hour establishment. It is considered a favorite spot for a quick bite. However, service can be extremely slow, with long drive-thru lines potentially causing waits of 30 to 45 minutes. Despite this, many customers express a strong loyalty to this location, appreciating the efforts of the staff and manager to ensure great service.
