Ask for burger well done if require, this is a thick burger. We found this out today while noticing burgers on menu.

Impressed with serving of food. Evidently, Oregon relaxed food service rules after Covid. This place is primo, and way above average with infection control.

“It was very good all the way around. I worked for Pizza Hut in Dickson, Tennessee and Chattanooga, Tennessee years ago. I think this Pizza Hut is more like it used to be and that was very relaxing. It still had the bring the family out to eat feeling. Not a fast food restaurant feeling. I enjoyed my dinner there. I wish we had one here in Pikeville, Tennessee.“

“I usually love this place! Their chicken is amazing, and it’s one of our go-to spots after groceries on Saturdays. The service is generally good, but last week’s experience was frustrating. We waited for 30 minutes for our order, only to find out it hadn’t even been prepared. The guy who took our order didn’t finish packing it because he assumed someone else would handle it—when it was clearly his responsibility.

My husband had to go to the counter to check, and fortunately, a guy (manager I think) stepped in and gave us a full refund, which I appreciated. While the food is great and the situation was resolved, that kind of service is unacceptable and needs improvement. I hope they address this issue to avoid future mix-ups.“
