“We waited over 15 minutes before anyone greeted us or took our drink orders, which was disappointing. However, Keaton stepped in and took care of our table, even though it wasn't in his section. He provided excellent and speedy service, turning our experience around.

I also want to highlight Ciara, who checked in on us frequently and ensured we had everything we needed. Additionally, Richard, the manager, was wonderful, responding quickly to our needs and offering sincere support throughout our visit.

Overall, while the initial wait was frustrating, the attentive service from Keaton, Ciara, and Richard made our dining experience enjoyable. I look forward to returning!“

“First time in this restaurant, had the Pho chicken soup, first time ever having pho soup, it was delicious!! Another customer told me while I was waiting, that the cook makes everything fresh to order and it definitely tasted that way. Husband had beef with veggies and fried rice and really enjoyed his meal too. The young man at the counter was super nice and answered all of our questions when we were deciding what to order.
I highly recommend this place if you are ever walking through the mall and get hungry. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!“

“Great food and great service! Our waiter was exceptional! He anticipated all of our needs, quick, and attentive. He treated us so well that we left him around $50 on like an $80 order. We ordered the spicy chicken pasta, a family size buffalo chicken pizza, a family size 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni pizza, and an order of the cheesy garlic knots. All were amazing!!! As a former server myself I have high standards for service and he was the first to meet those standards in months. I didn’t catch our servers name but he worked Sunday October the 12th in case management wants to give him special recognition.“

“I'm leaving this review based on the food and service which has been excellent everytime, my gripe is you are closed, lol. It shows 8pm closing online but when I come to the place it's closed already around 2. Anyways that is the only bad thing I have to say. Love the pizza it's amazing“
