“We ate here for the first time, I was excited to hear about Gluten-free options and the server was VERY knowledgeable. Being celiac it's hard enough to find places to eat with your family.I was excited because i had read so many reviews about the gluten-free choices. However I got sick from cross contamination, everyone else's food was amazing! My daughter got the burger with Mac n cheese on it she ABSOLUTELY loved it. So for anyone who's not celiac I highly recommend!!!! In my daughters words food was bussin!!!!!!”

“This has quickly become my new favorite burger joint. The burgers are always fresh and delicious, the onion rings have been perfectly fried EVERY TIME (it's weird how easy it is to cook onion rings wrong, but not here!), the prices are reasonable (considering how inflated everything is these days, at least) and the staff are very friendly.

There is almost no room inside to wait for your order inside so I strongly encourage ordering ahead and picking up, especially in the cold or rain.

I will continue to order from here at least once a week until you see me say otherwise with an updated review.”

“EL Poblano is the best Mexican restaurant in Tennessee. Don't believe the bad reviews on this website or others. The owners and employees are kind and wonderful. The food is delicious and less expensive than any restaurant around. I go there 2 or 3 times a week. Every time is a enjoyable experience.”

“Vegetables were fresh and the bread was still warm. Lady behind the counter was very friendly and respectful. I really like how clean it is. Nothing I hate more than seeing areas that are unclean. I always wonder if it's visibly unclean what is it like where you CAN'T see. I'll be getting sandwiches on the regular from this store.”

We tried the fried green tomatoes, pulled pork nachos, smoked turkey, and okra, and all of it was excellent. They also have great options on the kids’ menu, which made it perfect for the whole family. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming—we even ran into several people we knew, which made it feel even more like a hometown favorite. The bar vibe is great, and the location is amazing. “Located at Ft. Henry and Eastman rd and the closest to my house it has been my go to pals for 12years This Pals has to be in the top 3 busiest locations yet it can be lined out on to the road and still never takes more than 7-8 mins to get through and on your way . While I always have to check my order from other fast food places and always something not right here I can’t recall it ever being wrong as for the other locations also maybe 2X ever and all the staff are always friendly and cheerful no matter had swapped they are lastly as one of my kids did work there during high school the lowest score they have gotten from the heath department I believe is like a 97 give or take a point be usually getting a 99 or 100”
