“This little family owned greasy spoon is a local treasure. Excellent ice cream treats and good quality freshly made menu items. Typical of a classic mid-century drive-in the relaxed atmosphere is like a walk back in time. Make no mistake-you will not leave there with an empty stomach. The ladies at the counter are always friendly and helpful. They are patient with small kids that can't decide their ice-cream fate. Great variety. Ask about their Hamburger Steak specials.”

“Vegetables were fresh and the bread was still warm. Lady behind the counter was very friendly and respectful. I really like how clean it is. Nothing I hate more than seeing areas that are unclean. I always wonder if it's visibly unclean what is it like where you CAN'T see. I'll be getting sandwiches on the regular from this store.”

“I had excellent service from Michelle Beqette & Hannah Davis they were very knowledgeable very kind and the service was fast. P.s The Biscuits was phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!! No more gone to the Stone drive Hardee's. we will certainly be coming to the one in Mount Carmel because of the biscuits being as good as they were and because of the customer service but the biscuits was truly phenomenal the person making them knows exactly what they're doing. So I will tell my friends and family how good the biscuits and the service was so expect more business from me and my friends and family God bless”

“We had such a fantastic experience at Southern Craft! The service was amazing—friendly, attentive, and quick. Everything came out fast and fresh, and every bite was delicious. We tried the fried green tomatoes, pulled pork nachos, smoked turkey, and okra, and all of it was excellent. They also have great options on the kids’ menu, which made it perfect for the whole family. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming—we even ran into several people we knew, which made it feel even more like a hometown favorite. The bar vibe is great, and the location is amazing. “Located at Ft. Henry and Eastman rd and the closest to my house it has been my go to pals for 12years This Pals has to be in the top 3 busiest locations yet it can be lined out on to the road and still never takes more than 7-8 mins to get through and on your way . While I always have to check my order from other fast food places and always something not right here I can’t recall it ever being wrong as for the other locations also maybe 2X ever and all the staff are always friendly and cheerful no matter had swapped they are lastly as one of my kids did work there during high school the lowest score they have gotten from the heath department I believe is like a 97 give or take a point be usually getting a 99 or 100”
