“We ate here for the first time, I was excited to hear about Gluten-free options and the server was VERY knowledgeable. Being celiac it's hard enough to find places to eat with your family.I was excited because i had read so many reviews about the gluten-free choices. However I got sick from cross contamination, everyone else's food was amazing! My daughter got the burger with Mac n cheese on it she ABSOLUTELY loved it. So for anyone who's not celiac I highly recommend!!!! In my daughters words food was bussin!!!!!!“

“This has quickly become my new favorite burger joint. The burgers are always fresh and delicious, the onion rings have been perfectly fried EVERY TIME (it's weird how easy it is to cook onion rings wrong, but not here!), the prices are reasonable (considering how inflated everything is these days, at least) and the staff are very friendly.

There is almost no room inside to wait for your order inside so I strongly encourage ordering ahead and picking up, especially in the cold or rain.

I will continue to order from here at least once a week until you see me say otherwise with an updated review.“

“We had an online order a little over a week ago and we were short a few pieces of chicken tenders, so I called the Mount Carmel, TN store and I asked for the manager. The manager, Preston Williams came on the phone and I explained that we were short a few pieces of the chicken and he was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and said that he would like to make it right and said that he would like to give me free of charge more chicken and I said thank you that would be great. We went back last night and he was there and I told him who I was and he was very nice and said he would make us our chicken. Well we were eating our food that we had ordered and he brings us our fresh made chicken and again apologized and asked if everything was okay, it was great. The people at this Hardee's are really sweet people from the counter person to the manager. The place was very clean also. We will definitely be back in to eat and say hello. Thanks Hardee's.“

“Every time we are in Kingsport we make it a point to stop here for a burger. The food is delicious and this location evokes a bit of nostalgia that I enjoy. It takes me back to simpler times. A drive up burger stand with great food and outdoor seating, it just doesn't get any better.“

“This particular Pal's has always been my favorite drive-through. Lately the quality of the food has gone way down. It seems to have gotten consistently worse since Pal passed. The hot dogs aren't worth eating anymore. Today I got a Jr. Burger that was way too salty and so messy I could hardly eat it. The sweet tea isn't even up to par. I don't know if I'll be back to this one or not.“

“Ordered a Toasty and small fry. Received order 276. Which was two hotdogs plain, frenchi fry and lg coke. Didnt receive the LG coke or would have known order was incorrect. Hot dogs were good though just not what I ordered.

“Hands down the best place to be for shooting pool, hanging out with your friends, enjoying a cold beverage and great food. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very clean and healthy environment. Kids and dogs are welcome so that’s a huge plus. 10 out of 10 experience and absolutely enjoy going there.“

“Tonight, {Thursday} during my dine in at Burger King 1540 East Stone Drive Kpt, I was greeted by BK employee John Who was working the front counter and took my order, John was very Courteous, Polite, Professional, and got my order correct the first time, he appeared very well trained, not to mention Customer Oriented. This is the type person I like to see when dining at a restaurant, this is what keeps me wanting to come back. The food was exceptional fresh & hot as well. “Picked up food tonight for my family members that was in hospital. When I ask the gentleman working the drivethru for a drink tray and told him why I was needing it he doubled the trays and ask me to pull forward to wait on my food. When he brought my food out he had it fixed in a bag with handles and a cup holder inside. He said since I had to carry it into a hospital he thought that would work better. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness,“

“I come here every so many months. Food is always good, comes out fast. The service isn't bad, but the servers all seem like they're ready to go home lol as if they loath being there. Which is valid but it would be nice to fake a little enthusiasm.“
