No more gone to the Stone drive Hardee's. we will certainly be coming to the one in Mount Carmel because of the biscuits being as good as they were and because of the customer service but the biscuits was truly phenomenal the person making them knows exactly what they're doing. Henry and Eastman rd and the closest to my house it has been my go to pals for 12years This Pals has to be in the top 3 busiest locations yet it can be lined out on to the road and still never takes more than 7-8 mins to get through and on your way . While I always have to check my order from other fast food places and always something not right here I can’t recall it ever being wrong as for the other locations also maybe 2X ever and all the staff are always friendly and cheerful no matter had swapped they are lastly as one of my kids did work there during high school the lowest score they have gotten from the heath department I believe is like a 97 give or take a point be usually getting a 99 or 100“

“Earlier today there was an accident which involved the car running through the flower bed and ended up hitting my wife's vehicle. The owner of this Pals came out to check on everyone, offered free drinks, and even took the elderly man who was involved in the accident to pick up his medication he was on the way to get and then took him home. He is an amazing person who went above and beyond for a stranger in need. The world needs more people like him.“

“Hands down the best place to be for shooting pool, hanging out with your friends, enjoying a cold beverage and great food. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very clean and healthy environment. “Picked up food tonight for my family members that was in hospital. When I ask the gentleman working the drivethru for a drink tray and told him why I was needing it he doubled the trays and ask me to pull forward to wait on my food. When he brought my food out he had it fixed in a bag with handles and a cup holder inside. He said since I had to carry it into a hospital he thought that would work better. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness,“

“We went to Applebee’s on 7/25. It was one of the best experiences. Only complaint is that the AC couldn’t keep up with the heatwave but completely understandable. Our server, Joey, was the kindest, most courteous and well mannered server we have had in a while. His appearance was clean cut and service was top notch. What a sweet guy. Please be sure to recognize his skill and mannerisms. He deserves it.“
