“Ellie and Audrey served us this evening. We had the chicken breast fillet, wings, tater wedges, tacos, tater tots. I could not ask for better food or service. Locally owned and operated. I highly recommend them to anyone. I would love to see Salmon Burger added to the menu.“

No more gone to the Stone drive Hardee's. we will certainly be coming to the one in Mount Carmel because of the biscuits being as good as they were and because of the customer service but the biscuits was truly phenomenal the person making them knows exactly what they're doing. “I've been going to this Pal's for as long as I can remember. The food and service are always excellent and a good value. The food tasted freshly made and was hot. The fries were fresh out of the fryer and seasoned perfectly. It was a pretty day so we ate outside under the awning which was neat and pi ked up.“

“Chad, assistant manager, and his team are the BEST! I needed assistance with ordering to which they quickly responded to with resolution and smiles. This location is above average in customer service. Pals couldn't have selected a better team. Having been to other locations with decent service, this one by far #1. So impressive that my grandsons took notice made them smile.

When I ask the gentleman working the drivethru for a drink tray and told him why I was needing it he doubled the trays and ask me to pull forward to wait on my food. When he brought my food out he had it fixed in a bag with handles and a cup holder inside. He said since I had to carry it into a hospital he thought that would work better. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness,“

“We went to Applebee’s on 7/25. It was one of the best experiences. Only complaint is that the AC couldn’t keep up with the heatwave but completely understandable. Our server, Joey, was the kindest, most courteous and well mannered server we have had in a while. His appearance was clean cut and service was top notch. What a sweet guy.
