“At 85, I know excellent food. Theirs is just the best around. I crave their country ham. I rate their cornbread dressing along with my mother's. I especially enjoy their slaw and cornbread. Other vegetables are just fine as well. Of course, they have delicious chocolate cream and coconut cream pies. I go about 10:30 and can get my ham and some other goodies and then when 11 comes around I can order at least two plates to bring home. It is always a delight. I surely like all the ladies who serve! I hope they are there as long as I live. (I started enjoying them in Nashville in their original spot in the 1970s! How fortunate that they wound up here in Murfreesboro1)“

“Literally the WORST experience of my life at ANY restaurant! I paid almost $18 for a meal and got home in 18 degree weather and did not have all my items I requested! I called and the lady manager whom was on staff at the moment got SO rude with me and simply had no COMPASSION NOR CARED! Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion and did not even TRY to make me satisfied as an upset customer! He made the situation WORSE by ARGUING back, instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake and the bad situation they put me through. This completely ruined me for ANY Culvers! If this is how they are changing and how they treat people...They have lost my support! It's a ashame and I'm so disappointed! This store is heartless!“

“First time eating here in over 10 years and I enjoyed it, since we were here for an event. The food was good, there was plenty of it and prices were fair. It's a glorified bar so expect that atmosphere. We were told to sit anywhere when we arrived, and we seated ourselves. We were waited on promptly, and our server was great, so this met all our expectations.“

“Wow, absolutely the furthest thing from fast food is Culver's delicious fresh made food. Dana and Steven had a ButterBurger with Cheese, fries, a Fried Cod fish sandwich with fried Cheese Curds and a 2 piece Fried Cod fish dinner with fries and cole slaw. Real Sweet Tea. Service and food is always fantastic. If you have never been to Culvers on Medical Center Pkwy, do yourself a favor, you'll be happy you did!“

We are traveling from Ohio to Murfreesboro and met relatives in the area and Primrose was their favorite as well and I can fully appreciate the recommendation. “Sept 1 around 11:30 Very casual lobby. Bathrooms and lobby were clean. Courtney helped us understand everything on the menu. (First time at a Cook Out). She had great smile. I swear she was cleaning and stocking the whole time we were there. The food was very good and the way we ordered it. I was stuffed! Bacon was yummy and they sure didn't cheap out on using it. Interesting sides and shakes.

Weird thing to say but .. I hate when the water in the bathroom doesn't actually get hot. I hate when it's posted in other food service restrooms that employees must wash their hands and the water is only cold. Why? Anyway, we'll definitely go back to this restaurant.“

“We were looking forward to eating at Hank's because of the reviews, but unfortunately our experience wasn't a good one. there were three of us and all three meals were disappointing. My husband ordered a BLT that definitely was nothing special. it was a very small sandwich with little substance. He did say they onion rings were good. I ordered a cheeseburger well done with mayo, hold the bbq sauce, and french fries. My burger came with no cheese, no mayo, no lettuce or tomato. When I brought it to the server's attention she went and got a slice of cheese from the kitchen and brought it to me on a plate along with a little cup of mayo. The cheese had obviously come out of the cooler. After taking a couple of bites I realized that the burger was very pink inside, almost raw. Again, I told our server and she apologized and offered to have another one made. I declined. I do have to say they have really good french fries. My son ordered the special, pulled pork nachos. my husband was almost done with his meal by the time they arrived and I had stopped eating mine. The nachos came with burnt chips and a glow of lettuce, salsa and sour cream and very little pulled pork. It was so unappetizing to look at. My son ate a few bites and I ate some but between the two of us we did not finish it, it wasn't a large plate to begin with. We will not be going back and we won't be recommending Hank's unfortunately even though we were given a discount. I'm unable to add photos or I would, I put them in the comments.“
