“I ordered an original sandwich without butter, add mayo.. and I got a completely plain sandwich. The chicken was fire but the bun was meh. The fries got cold within 5 minutes so they were not as fresh as the chicken. The service was excellent however. Absolutely awesome staff here.“
“I always order the Grilled chicken sandwich combo and typically it's very consistent regardless of which location cooks it. Today's sandwich waste worst I've ever seen. It was greasy and about 3/4 the size it normally is. At first I was a bit frustrated partly because I already had heartburn and I knew it would make it worse but I still gave it a chance. While it looked greasy and charred more than normal it was still tasty. And while I normally eat a larger chicken breast I surprisingly had trouble finishing my sandwich and didn't eat any of my fries I normally only eat about 5 or so and my boys split the rest. Today I ate none. My son and I joked that it was all a part of God's plan, but who knows.... I would still eat here because even at the worst I've seen from chik FIL a it still bests every other fast food chain.“
“THIS REVIEW IS FOR Declan and Gianna!!! You guys handle yourselves extremely well (coming from someone also in the food industry so i know how hard it gets), chick fil a is lucky to have you guys. i saw the video of the lady on tik tok and you guys did amazing! yall were very understanding and calm in an extremely uncomfortable situation and acted accordingly. I hope yall receive as much kindness as you guys give to others!“
“I’ve always been a fan of this location—fast, reliable service that I can count on every time, especially enjoy the mobile drive thru. But I’ve had two pretty rough experiences that I feel I need to mention.
First, I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I opened it, the bottom bun was completely missing. I called to let them know, but they didn’t offer any kind of resolution—not even an apology really. Pretty disappointing, especially since I typically go to Chick fil a because they don’t mess up your order.
Then, today I ordered a frosted lemonade, something I’ve gotten here many times without issue. This time, though, it was completely disgusting—like it tasted exactly like throw-up. It was so bad I had to throw away. Really frustrating, especially considering how much I usually enjoy it.
I still trust this location for the most part, but these two experiences were definitely a letdown.“
“Typically completes orders quickly, but during the lunch rush it can take awhile for them to get your order ready sometimes. One time I ordered a chicken sandwich and told the lady at the counter to add cheese to it, and she did, no problem. However, I requested this with a different worker and she said the sandwich didn't come with cheese lol... I also ordered a cookie with my order once and didn't get it. Don't know if I paid for it or not as I didn't get a receipt, but I'm pretty sure the order-taker heard me, the one bagging the orders just forgot to put it in. I was in a big hurry, so I didn't worry about it. But from now on, I always check the bag to make sure everything's there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Located in the food court at the Bennett Campus Center, which has a wheelchair-accessible ramp to get in.“
“First time trying out Chick-fil-A as a Canadian and I was not disappointed. The food wasn’t completely what I expected but was still good for a fast food restaurant. The staff here are so friendly and hospitable. Food came out quickly without a hitch.“
“I was in a bad mood very tired from work and was feeling quite hungry, I headed down to chick-fil- a, and got served by such a joyful individual her name was Rebecca? If i remember correctly, she just truly made my night with her customer servic, she’s did sound bland or bored like she hated her Job she seemed like she really wanted to be there, her whole persona and vibe truly made my night“
“University campus Chick-fil-A which makes it amazing for those of us on campus. Things you should know before you go: this is not a regular Chick-fil-A but a University campus dining option for students with public access. That means lines are sometimes long, the menu is condensed, the staff is sometimes tired because they deal with hundreds and hundreds of students all day everyday. Price point maybe more similar to an airport Chick-fil-A but I'm honestly not positive. Lastly only Pepsi products are sold on campus which includes this location.“
“This Chick-fil-A is interesting due to the fact there is no drive-thru or dine-in facilities (nor do they take cash), but besides those few caveats, this is a fantastic Chick-fil-A! They even have a food truck that goes to places such as colleges/universities, businesses, car dealerships, etc. Great service as always, and the food was wonderful even though they accidentally gave me a spicy biscuit instead of a regular.EDIT: The food truck is no longer available, and it’s also the location of a delivery spin-off featuring three different virtual restaurants in addition to Chick-fil-A. Another downside is parking. There are only about fifteen spots for curbside. That’s it.EDIT 2: The delivery spin-off has closed. It’s strictly a Chick-fil-A again.“
“Pros:
(1) About the same price as non airport Chik Fil a, and similar menu
Cons:
(1) Employees are more like stereotypical airport employees in terms of general demeanor/attitude than stereotypical a-but-too-happy Chik Fil a employees“
“I would only recommend the Waffle Potato Fries at this location if I knew I would get a majority of large pieces and not a majority of tiny bits of waffle fries (see the picture). As with most places, it is a hit or miss with how your food is served. Other than that, this crew is always on point.“
“I was so bummed when the other Chick-fil-A got rid of their play area. Now this one is my go to with my little one. Please don't get rid of your play area. Sometimes us moms want a little cool area with ac while we see our little kids play and enjoy a little lunch. Employees are awesome and our food came out hot and fresh.“
