“Stopped in on a weekday morning and there was a small line, but it moved quickly. Crystal, the front-desk cashier decked out with a whole collection of Dunkin’ pins, made the visit. She walked me through the $6 meal deal, explained which substitutions wouldn’t change the price, and even pointed out the survey for a free donut. She was upbeat, patient, and clearly loves the brand. My coffee order was a first for me, and she broke down the sweetener and flavor options without rushing. Food came out fast and hot, coffee hit the spot. First time here and I’m now a fan. Give Crystal a promotion—she’s a standout.“

“The BEST sweet pepper snackin' bacon around Nashville. I've been to MANY Dunkin's down the I-24 and I-65 corridor and this location has the most flavorful bacon around. When I ASK for crispy bacon, I GET crispy bacon. The staff are polite, pleasant, smiling people. Hands down the only Dunkin's I'm going to now. The others just don't come close. Whatever they are doing here, they are doing it right. You can skip all the donut carbs and still TREAT yourself with the snackin' bacon and maybe some cold brew. Provecho!“

“The sweetest people I’ve ever came in contact with at dunkin. I go to dunkin 3-4 times a day in my area I have been a regular since 2015 & I drove 4 hrs away just to get 2 wicked tumblers coffee and a pup cup because no one in my city or my surrounding areas had the whole collection I appreciate the kindness they offered at this location I will be back to visit you guys.“

“Every time I come in, im ALWAYS greeted with a bubbly welcome. Everytime I pull up to the drive thru, I feel like I'm being greeted by my favorite cousin. They always make my drinks perfectly, and if they don't, they're always more than happy to fix it. I love them so much! All of them! And the manager is the absolute sweetest!

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give this Dunkin’ some credit. I stopped in for an iced matcha latte with my family of 5 and was honestly surprised by how good it was—considering I’ve had some questionable matcha drinks from other Dunkin’s chains. My family also enjoyed their refresher drinks and Frozen Coffee drinks especially due to the summer weather. The place was super clean, which I always appreciate. Counters were wiped down, no sticky floors, and everything looked organized behind the counter. There were some homeless around the building area but nothing to be concerned about. The staff was younger, but really polite and friendly. You could tell they were working hard under pressure but still managed to keep a good attitude. That kind of service definitely makes a difference. I’ll for sure be coming back with my family—great drink, clean space, and good vibes all around.“

“I wasn’t greeted when I walked in which was kinda eh. I used the bathroom which was clean! Yay!
Once I started ordering the workers were super nice and suggested some options to try. Very helpful and polite.
I got the mango pineapple refresher with black tea. And that was absolutely not the right decision 😅
They didn’t recommend that one so I should have known better.“

“This was my first time at this Dunkin. I was super impressed. I have a ridiculous tea order, and they crushed it! My hashbrowns were hot, fresh, and delicious too. The store was very clean inside and looked bright and brand new. The kiosk was easy to order at, and my order came out quickly. I will be back to this Dunkin!“
