“This location used to be terrible. Since they've overhauled their staff about three years ago, they've been absolutely on point! Tracy is always so friendly and works so hard. I've really enjoyed coming here about 2-3 times per week for my caffeine fix.“

“I had a late order (30 minutes before closing) of drinks and donuts but, wasn’t sure what assortment of donuts were on hand. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The ultimate plus, how fresh the donuts tasted and my favorite flavor blueberry was not showing online but, there were plenty of them as munchkins in the case. Even spending a little more, I was very pleased. Highly recommend this location to everyone! I was a resident here 28 years and recently moved to NC and this by far has been the best Dunkin’ experience!“

“The team here this morning were so backed up with orders, but were very kind and efficient. They all need a raise and whoever the hiring manager is needs to find them more help. Or give them the option to not accept walk ins for a certain time and have online orders/drive thru only. Thank you again to the Sunday morning team.“

“Every time I go and pick up my mobile order in the mornings, the lady at over the drive through is always so amazingly sweet! There were free samples one morning and the ma’am handing them out was also super nice! Great service, amazing people. Highly recommend.“

They are normally pretty busy when I go through the drive through but Josie has had the best service there. She is so kind and genuine and I personally think she just brightens up the place.
