Was not a major fast food chain, their East truck happened to be close to where we were attending, offers low prices, and delicious food! After experiencing I’d note there’s also easy parking, a welcoming environment, fresh ingredients; I had carne asada fries and two chorizo tacos. 100 out of 10 would recommend.“

“The best tortas I've had outside of Mexico City! I've been there four times and I've tried, like, seven different tortas. They're all good, but the Toluqueña is the best. It's got milanesa, chorizo, and quesillo, as well the other standard torta ingredients. The tortas are even better with rajas and salsa. You have to ask for these though. The guys are super friendly too. Don't be fooled by some of the negative reviews, they're mostly from several years ago!“

I’ve never had an empanada before and after tasting the ones from Empanada Lua, I can honestly say I’ve been missing out!I tried the Corn & Cheese and Chicken empanadas. While both were good, the chicken was fantastic! I could’ve eaten a whole plate of them! I tried them both with the Chipotle Ranch dipping sauce and it was the perfect combo!The young man at the counter was pleasant and wait time was reasonable. Everyone’s consensus was that the food was delish! And they spent 15 min talking to us about their culture and the family story as part of the National Caribbean Heritage month. “Being from South Louisiana I crave crawfish this time of year and I was so glad to find a local vendor that is also from Louisiana and knows crawfish! I got a 30lb sack this weekend for a small family boil and they were good! I know early on in the season not to expect a lot of large crawfish, but we were surprised to find a few of what I'd call Select size. We have some local Nashville family that have never been to a crawfish boil so it was fun to be able to share this experience with them.
