Panera Bread in Nashville

“Self order station, ordered chili. Comes with bread. Decent service AFTER self-paying. Desserts look good. However, looks like they were sitting under the heatlamp all day. Bread was cold and hard. Nice clean eating area. Customers were friendly. Free parking next to movie theater. Prices were reasonable.“

“I really enjoy coming to this Panera because most times the staff are friendly. I do enjoy chatting with a woman who always works drive thru in the mornings ☺️ My fav things to get whether for breakfast are a cinnamon crunch bagel and steel cut oatmeal. Lunch or Dinner I’ll get the Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt with extra sauce 👌 when you come here you’ll always get fresh food never old.“

“Made a mobile order for dine-in. It has its own parking lots, and clearly marked drive-through. Arrived after ten minutes, and our dishes were ready. The Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt was well prepared and tasted good. The Strawberry Chicken Caprese Salad came with a lot of ingredients and quite healthy. The Agave Lemonade was as usual. The Cherry Pastry was a good finish.“

“I went to this place on 6/5/25. The Manager name at the time was, Shemeka Conley, she was very professional as were the rest of the staff and nice. She came to my table and made sure I was good. The food, the food was very good I ordered the pick two, the cheese steak and the poppyseed strawberry chicken salad my first time trying it and it was good!!“

“White Bridge Rd Panera is incredible cause of DRE! Today, I had an order going to a very ill friend who hasn't been able to eat and all she finally wanted was Panera. I ordered a lot of things; however, though delivered promptly, they forgot part of the order. When my friend let me know, I called the store. Dre, hope he is a manager cause he has the skills, was incredible! He could tell I was crying. I wasn't as mad as just sad. I told him the story behind her order and he said not to worry, we'll take care of this. He said as soon as we get off the phone I'll have delivery come back and we'll make this right even with extras. Dre and only Dre, settled me down. I'm still crying. I love him! Yes, Panera has good food for great value, but all that is nothing without good people who are compassionate about the company but also the customer! I ? that he is making above minimum wage and had great benefits cause he's the greatest human on the front lines at Panera. Otherwise this would be a very bad review.“

“We always have a positive experience when dining in or with take out. The staff is always friendly and helpful , the restaurant is clean and well stocked , and the food is always exactly what we ordered. The quality of food is better than other “fast food” restaurants, the portion sizes are perfect and we always enjoy everything we order! Management is also very nice and patient with us when we are ordering and greet us with a smile!“

My food was ready right on time. The order honored all my customizations. All fresh ingredients were used.

The restaurant seating area itself seemed like a typical established Panera. It was clean with adequate seating.“

“I have had many great experiences at this Panera. Great service & great food. Some of the menu options are limited, but when visiting a family member at the hospital (or if you work at Vanderbilt), it is so easy to place an online order & then walk over to simply pick it up at the front counter. There is a very nice courtyard right outside to eat at so that you can take a break from the hospital setting, although the restaurant plays great music & is enjoyable to eat at as well. I’m so happy Panera was available here as I’ve had it for breakfast, lunch, & dinner multiple times. Order was correct every time too, which was much appreciated.“
