“I started going here when I used to work down the street cause I couldn't eat the food we had it made me sick, the tacobell in my town wouldn't know what to do with themselves if they had to compete against this one, always quick, they change their baja instead of just saying it's out and everything is so delicious and so fresh, THIS is my go to tacobell!“

All the staff is always very attentive towards me and on time with the orders and make sure everything is right and they’re always super nice to me and usually give me a free drink. The staff is kind and always SPEEDY
My favorite thing about this place is it’s ALWAYS clean !!! Everything is always stocked up and my family of four comes to this restaurant about 3 times a month.
Crystal the manger is always having welcoming conversation with customers that come in. They’re always her number one priority she needs a raise !
We will continue coming here and enjoying our dinners and the friendly staff.

“They serve beer on tap & offer liquor options, but what stood out the most to me was the stage in the front of the store surrounded by their tall windows for live music to be played on occasion. Definitely not your average Taco Bell & could be a very interesting & entertaining spot to grab a bite, chill with some friends & experience Nashvilles energy & night life in a unique way.“
“Thought it was closed due to construction but they were open. I work up the street but was my first time stopping in. Food was fresh hot and delicious. I haven't had a good taco bell experience in years but it was sooo good. I thought all hope was lost but I was truly surprised. Best taco bell I've had in a long time.“
“Been going to this Taco Bell for years and the quality and portions are consistently better than the average Taco Bell. Also big props for being one of the few Taco Bell’s in the area to not raise prices above MSRP. Obviously it’s not always perfect, it’s Taco Bell, but it’s exactly what I’m looking for over 90% of the time and there’s not much more you can ask for. “David Ithama is 100/10 an incredible worker and deserves a raise or bonus or something to commemorate his work ethic!
I came through the drive through on 08/14/25 and didn't wait long at all. When I pulled around to the window, I saw a lot of people inside trying to order as well, and I noticed David was working drive through, and cashier inside the restaurant all alone; but doing an amazing job. He made sure I was not waiting long for payment or to get food/drink, and he was running back and forth to take orders for the customers inside and the other drive thru orders.
He was very kind and professional, apologizing for the wait and his personality was very kind in the way he handled my order.
I work in hospitality, and one thing you cannot teach is a good attitude and a good work ethic. You can teach anyone how to use a computer and how to take an order, but David is truely a special asset to the team. Keep up the good work!“
“I paid for extra beef for a Mexican pizza in sour cream and when I got my Mexican pizza look like it's only had one scoop of beef on there and I thought they usually put the beef on the side of put the extra beef on top of the Mexican pizza to let you know you did receive it no I will not be back to this location again wasting my money wasting my time“
“Yeah so again not enough employees, and yeah they care more about the drive thru and to go orders than people eating at the restaurant. However the day we went an employee did go out of his way for us. Just FYI you will have to use kiosk inside to order, they don't have cashiers at the counter.“
“Stopped at Hardee's and got a Frisco breakfast sandwich, then stopped at Taco Bell to try two of their new breakfast sandwiches. Ate them all side by side with my wife. Gotta say the Taco Bell burrito and sandwich were way better. A solid 4/5 for fast food goodness.“

“i have never left a review for a fast food restaurant but i felt like i had to for this TB. pretty much every time i come here they get it right which is so rare for fast food in general, especially TB — i’m vegetarian & i can’t tell you how many times fast food places have gotten it wrong & given me meat. i usually do mobile order & make a lot of specific requests on items that normally come with meat, but even with all of my customizations, they’ve never given me meat. they’re also always really sweet & friendly here, & the few times they have messed up, they’re always so nice about it & fix it promptly“
“Pulled up to Taco Bell and grabbed the Cantina Chicken Bowl — and I’m not gonna lie, it was bussin’. Flavor was on point, chicken was tender, and it gave knockoff Chipotle in a good way. Real solid meal, I’d grab it again.
Now the Strawberry Refresher? Trash. Not sweet enough and had a weird, almost bitter aftertaste. They need to leave that drink game to Starbucks or Twice Daily.
Food carried this visit for sure. Service was fast, team was chill — just skip the fancy drink.

“I will say I was very impressed by the Manager Cionte. She has AMAZING Customer Service and problem solving skills. I came in for a Door Dash order and she stated they didn't have any more potatoes. I called the customer and gave her the solution that Cionte suggested. The customer was very happy and I was very impressed by her leadership and her ability to navigate the problem with a solution viable for all. She definitely won't be a shift manager for long. She will move up to be a operations or General Manager in no time. Thanks Cionte! You rock! Keep being the solution the world needs.“
“I just came here to say how amazing odman is. His kindness and smiley face in the drive-through today really was awesome. I had my daughter in the car with me and he even told her hi. This is my first time being at this location in a long time and it was nice to see a smiling face working there. I’m glad I was able to find his name on the receipt give odman a raise and promotion“

“So I called Taco Bell over here in Antioch, the one right next to McDonald's across from AMC theaters. And the guy's working here gave me some tacos to help me out because I was out here with no money because I don't get paid till 130. I told them and they were the only place to offer me free food to help me out. Because I'm working and you know who it was. It was a couple of great awesome. Hispanic, guys, you know, the same guys that everybody's trying to kick out of the country. Yeah, those guys were the only ones to give me anything out of 5 restaurants. You keep that in mind, these guys said come on, we'll give you something no problem. And you know what Taco Bell? This Taco Bell is the number one Taco Bell. I've ever been to these guys are amazing. Their number one hands down just to offer me something without any money. At all said I was a door Dasher, which I am, but I'm also a Blogger, and they're gonna find out tomorrow. Just how great they did. They're awesome guys. You should thank the manager. The manager was a young kid, but he was amazing to offering to help somebody in need. As a community, these are the same people that everybody's trying to send back. Yeah, maybe we ought to send the people back trying to send them back because they're the only ones that help me. Everybody else turned me down. Thank you guys. You guys are number one in my book. You guys are amazing and I'm gonna walk in there. Soon, and you both are gonna get something special. “So here’s my story… I was headed home from a night at the bars. All I could think about, was Taco Bell. I pulled up in the drive-through and it wasn’t even the AI voice greeting me… It was a real person. I already knew that this was going to be a great visit to my local Taco Bell, I ordered my food. By the way, they didn’t have an item I was looking for, but the lady offered the perfect substitute. I paid. Checked the contents of the bag. Everything was there. With a healthy amount of sauce. As I was making my way home, I couldn’t resist but to grab one of their brand new chicken tenders out of the bag. I reached in the container and pulled out a tender. This tender was very small. My initial thought was that my local Taco Bell didn’t care about me enough to give me a full size chicken tender. I ate the tender, because at the end of the day I was just hungry. I reached in the bag for another tender and found two more (this was a 2pc tender entree). This filled me with joy. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. The Taco Bell employees were conscious of the fact that I wasn’t getting what I paid for and made the necessary changes to put a smile on my face. I drove home more delighted than I had been in many moons. Thank you, local Taco Bell.“
