Taco Bell in Nashville

“Nice staff here lately. My order is correct 95% of the time. The last issue was just a missing cup of sauce which was no issue to pull back through the drive thru. The quality of the food can vary. Sometimes it’s perfect, almost advertisement level and sometimes it’s skimpy. It’s definitely normally on the good side.

Dirty Baja Blast is fantastic, please bring back the caramel apple empanadas“

“It was one of those rare moments where me and my man are sitting there eating and I look up and see one of the cooks bust a move and I thought that's cool and smile I even had my bf look we both told the guy who didn't realize we had seen him to get it meaning don't mind us bust a move like we ain't even here and my reasoning for why I think so is because it's rare to work somewhere and like your job but it's even rarer to actually b able to b yourself at work and the fact that he was comfortable enough to start dancing says a lot about his job and the ones he works with and relationships with others in a work environment is a very extremely important thing to have and I'm only speaking from past experiences

No I'm not saying any of this to get anyone into trouble but i am acknowledging the fact that he was comfortable enough to b himself and that's something I definitely support

On another the service was fast and friendly food was prepared quickly the lobby was well kept as well as the lady's restroom all in all this Taco Bell definitely gets 5 stars

“I love her. I do not know her name but any and every time I go there during the afternoon she is in the drive thru. She is always nice. She always smile. You just feel good talking to her. She's been at that location for a long time and has never changed up. She gave my granddaughter a slushie. She's one of the reasons I keep going back to that location. Thank you“

“Had an amazing time at Taco Bell Cantina in Nashville! The atmosphere was absolutely terrific fun, lively, and full of great energy. It’s not your typical fast food spot; it felt more like a cool hangout. The live music and these girls singing were incredible and really made the experience special it gave off true Nashville vibes.The food didn’t disappoint either. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. Plus, having drinks available made it feel like the perfect place to kick back and relax. “Been going to this Taco Bell for years and the quality and portions are consistently better than the average Taco Bell. Also big props for being one of the few Taco Bell’s in the area to not raise prices above MSRP. Obviously it’s not always perfect, it’s Taco Bell, but it’s exactly what I’m looking for over 90% of the time and there’s not much more you can ask for. Oh it’s also usually pretty speedy thanks for yalls work!“

“Thought it was closed due to construction but they were open. I work up the street but was my first time stopping in. Food was fresh hot and delicious. I haven't had a good taco bell experience in years but it was sooo good. I thought all hope was lost but I was truly surprised. Best taco bell I've had in a long time.“

My favorite thing about this place is it’s ALWAYS clean !!! Everything is always stocked up and my family of four comes to this restaurant about 3 times a month.

Crystal the manger is always having welcoming conversation with customers that come in. They’re always her number one priority she needs a raise !

We will continue coming here and enjoying our dinners and the friendly staff.
It’s never usually busy give them a try!

“Those tacos ?, had a great taste, but very little amount of food. They try to do you with so much junk( tortilla) than actually food.

Dietary restrictions: They have no clue what a diabetic person must not eat. An excess of flour tortillas is very bad. They even give you tortillas inside of a taco. What an idiotic idea.“

This is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to! Coming from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I’ve tried many Taco Bells, this location stands out. I visited around 11:45 pm on a Saturday night, and despite it being a busy time, I was in and out of the drive-thru in under 3 minutes. The food was fantastic – perfect amounts of beef, cheese, and sour cream. The quick and friendly service was impressive, especially for such a late hour. Great job, Taco Bell team! I’ll definitely be back.“

“Yeah so again not enough employees, and yeah they care more about the drive thru and to go orders than people eating at the restaurant. However the day we went an employee did go out of his way for us. Just FYI you will have to use kiosk inside to order, they don't have cashiers at the counter.“

“I paid for extra beef for a Mexican pizza in sour cream and when I got my Mexican pizza look like it's only had one scoop of beef on there and I thought they usually put the beef on the side of put the extra beef on top of the Mexican pizza to let you know you did receive it no I will not be back to this location again wasting my money wasting my time“

“I’ve been working down the street from this location and they never miss, no matter the time of day, busy or slow, they never fail to make me believe this is the best Taco Bell in Tennessee. Especially with the area this specific location is in, these workers are sending out top tier grade A excellence. It’s always hot and fresh, not sloppily made either. They’re always smiling and nice in there. Overall this is a top notch Taco Bell. Call me a big back for this but I’d eat here and everyday if I lived close enough 🤙🏼“

“i have never left a review for a fast food restaurant but i felt like i had to for this TB. pretty much every time i come here they get it right which is so rare for fast food in general, especially TB — i’m vegetarian & i can’t tell you how many times fast food places have gotten it wrong & given me meat. i usually do mobile order & make a lot of specific requests on items that normally come with meat, but even with all of my customizations, they’ve never given me meat. they’re also always really sweet & friendly here, & the few times they have messed up, they’re always so nice about it & fix it promptly“

“I just came here to say how amazing odman is. His kindness and smiley face in the drive-through today really was awesome. I had my daughter in the car with me and he even told her hi. This is my first time being at this location in a long time and it was nice to see a smiling face working there. I’m glad I was able to find his name on the receipt give odman a raise and promotion“

“Came through the drive through late last night, the building was dark and we thought it was closed. However the service and laughter we received through the drive thru was amazing! Those ladies were so comical in a great family friendly way! Great way to end the night, I will legit go out of my way for late night food with them any time“

“It was Christmas Eve I was leaving a Christmas party I was starved to death McDonald's was closed as usual. So I looked at my phone to find fast food that was open at 1:30 in the morning. Taco Bell on Powell was open so I headed that direction. The service was absolutely excellent, my order was correct, and my order was hot Fresh Off The Grill! I was blown away considering it was 1:30 a.m.. I highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone who's hungry late night or early morning.

Parking: There is plenty of parking and the parking lot was clean no trash it was a very nice atmosphere.

Kid-friendliness: They don't have a huge kid friendly menu other than just plain tacos and cheese roll ups but the two things I think they do have are awesome they can have more but hey it's Taco Bell so you're going to have tomatoes and onions and lettuce and what kid likes that stuff anyways LOL

Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible sidewalks and doorways.“

“It's a Taco Bell, so we didn't expect a "fine dining" experience. However, the service was high class! All staff was more than friendly and very competent. They knew the menu items and could explain items without hesitation. I'm a "order the same thing" kind of gal, but this time, the staff recommended I try something new. Upon their suggestions, I tried my first Chalupa, and it was fabulous! So glad I trusted their opinions.There were no delays at all. No line upon arrival, food was expeditiously placed and prepared and was hot and tasty when provided to us.

Vegetarian options: Not many totally vegetarian options on the menu. Definitely nothing totally vegan. However, veggie lovers could request the meats be left out of dishes like nachos, taco salads. C heese quesadillas are available, beans and rice are available. What I don't know is how much, if any, lard, or other meat products may be used in the prep or cooking process, so vegan eaters might want to be careful.“
