“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Waldo’s does not have a freezer. EVERYTHING is made fresh daily in house. The food is sooo good. I tried the leg quarter, onion rings, biscuits, Mac n cheese, Cole slaw and banana pudding. go to spot!“

When I explained the inconvenience, ZamZam truly went above and beyond—she listened, understood, and turned my whole experience around. What started as a frown ended with a smile. “Ya'll, Chicken Salad Chick was sooo tasty yum delicious!! When I went into the store. the atmosphere is amazing, staff is friendly. And for whatever reason, when you go inside the store, they get the order correct more than when going through the drive through.

“My breakfast that I got was delicious, but the drive-through line took much longer today than normal. The line at this Chick-fil-A is typically pretty long but for some reason today, the line was not moving very quickly at all. I sat in the drive-through line for almost 30 minutes and the line was not all the way to the street. When I pulled in, I was in the parking lot and it still took that long to get through the drive-through line. The food was hot and delicious but I wish I had just gone inside to pick up my order instead of sitting through the drive-through line“

“We always have a great experience at this location with above and beyond service. The last time I came, the two sweetest employees made it so easy for a friend and I with three littles in tow. I didn’t have to lift a finger! High chairs set up, trash taken, refills brought… such a treat!“

“This was my first time trying. Staff was helpful and friendly. I ordered the 4 piece meal & everything was tasty. Chicken we crisp and well seasoned, rice was fresh and flavorful and the Mac & cheese was a 10/10. Will def be back! ??“
