“Great times and great food!“

“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Very good salads with different choices. They also have soups, sandwiches and sweet treats.
All very good!
We had three scoops of salads which I forget the name of it where we had the Cranberry Kelli, the Fancy Nancy, and another one.
We also had a piece of the white chocolate layered cake, but this dessert did not impress me to be honest.
Very good food, nice place which I am looking forward to checking when I’m back home in Texas.
Parking: Business is in a commercial strip having their own/shared parking spaces
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and seating available, one would need help with the door though“

“Went to Helen's tonight to get my favorite. The mild catfish and fried okra as always they knocked it out of the park. Way to go Josh always working hard to make people happy. The think about Josh is he listens. If you have a complaint he wants to know what it is. He wants his business to be the best!“

Vegetarian options: Not much. Salad with no chicken, but it’s a good salad
Parking: Drive thru is always busy, but they move it through pretty fast
Kid-friendliness: High chairs available
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance. Some of the aisles are a little narrow, but passable“

You guys handle yourselves extremely well (coming from someone also in the food industry so i know how hard it gets), chick fil a is lucky to have you guys. i saw the video of the lady on tik tok and you guys did amazing! yall were very understanding and calm in an extremely uncomfortable situation and acted accordingly. “This was my first time trying. Staff was helpful and friendly. I ordered the 4 piece meal & everything was tasty. Chicken we crisp and well seasoned, rice was fresh and flavorful and the Mac & cheese was a 10/10. Will def be back! ??“
