“First time at this Subway. Bread was rubbery, never like that compared to other Subways. Customer service is a little dry but young kids working and possibly it's their first job and they're still learning. My largest complaint is that my sandwich had very little tunafish not at all two full scoops so I asked for another half scoop and they charge me $1.50. Could be a better Subway, hopefully it will get there!“

“We stopped in for lunch and had an excellent meal. We got a pizza and a calzone. Both were way bigger than expected, fresh, and very yummy. The calzone was way larger than the menu photos. Cost was about average for a lunch out. To go box for the half calzone I couldn't eat was printed like a keyboard. Very clever.“

“But only if you eat in. I eat there often , but today it took over 2 hours to get food on a delivery order Only half arrived and the food that came was not right and bread was dry. Refunded us for food that didn’t come , but didn’t seem very concerned. If I mess up in my business I bend over backwards to make it right. Definitely not Publix or Chick-fil-A😫“

“This Jersey Mike's is a little expensive- which I guess all are- but their food and service are exceptional. You definitely get what you pay for at this store.

“After placing an uber eats order that was unfortunately taken by the driver. I contacted the store to see if my ordered had been picked up as the uber drivers kept changing and my order was seemingly not coming. I called the store and the staff was very helpful and told me that the order was picked up a bit ago by a driver but must of been taken as they had uber drivers still coming to pick up the items but the order was already gone. The store helped me get my order and even upgraded my sandwich to a larger size due to the difficulty. I was very pleased as they did not mess up the order but still felt the need to satisfied their customer. I appreciate it greatly and will continue to come to this location for the quick and quality service!“

“I had such an awful day at work and decided to have firehouse after to cheer me up. Alexis, Tyler, and Andrea collectively made the best sandwich I’ve EVER had. They were also all SO SWEET!! Seriously cancelled out my entire shift!! Someone give them a dadgum raise ASAP. Bless them!“

Subway is generally a messy fast food, but I could not find anything that stood out to me inside this store. Major props to the owners and their team for keeping it in such great condition. It is difficult to find subway in Taiwan, but it is available everywhere in the United States. It is very convenient and healthy food. Sometimes the food in the United States is too fatty. If you want to balance it, subway is really a good choice ?

“I normally prefer Jimmy John’s, but decided to get Jersey Mikes today since they were donating 100% of sales to charity.

I placed an online order which was ready quickly and had no trouble picking it up. However, I was not impressed with the sandwich which was disappointing since it was more expensive than Jimmy John’s.

The bread was different from what I normally see from Jersey Mikes. It was flakey and dense, possibly proofed wrong or under baked as it smelled unusually yeasty. Along with the messy ingredients (including a tomato that didn’t make it on the sandwich) and soggy bottom, the sandwich was kind of unappetizing. Although, I will say that they were generous with the ingredients, especially the meat.

I really do wish I liked their food better, especially since this store is in such a convenient location for me.“

“I visit Brentwood, TN for a few days roughly once a month for work. My favorite lunch spot is this Firehouse Subs. Since the one closest to our house in Louisville sucks and we won't go back there, this location more than makes up for those shortcomings.It's about a 3 minute walk from the desk I occupy to this Firehouse Subs. That's pretty ham dandy!I have a favorite menu item and that is the Spicy Cajun Chicken sandwich. I have it at least once while I'm there. The chicken is warm, the bread warm and toasty, and there's some kind of magic going on there in the rest of the ingredients because once I arrive in Brentwood after my drive down I literally can't wait to get lunch. I think, too, that the jalapeños have a lot to say about that great taste.The staff I've encountered here has always been GREAT. Everyone is hustling to take orders, preparing food, and make sure the dining room is kept clean. This place can be crazy busy for lunch, but it's never felt rushed. Every person working is focused on keeping things moving and keeping things in order.Since Firehouse Subs was created by firemen, the décor lends itself well to that, with few pieces of fire fighting equipment decorating the walls, red fireman helmets, and a red-and-while motif. And, for kids, a free plastic firemen's helmet.I'm glad this location is so freakin' awesome. It also makes me wish that the one closer to home was better.“

“Old Hickory Blvd location is good! Could work on being friendlier but otherwise good food & they gave me extra meat for my dog! I paid for it but they wrapped it up separate & nice! Fast service! But also had to grab my own cup after not given one. Again, work on customer service! “My daughter and I stopped in to grab a bite to eat after spending all day at Vanderbilt Hospital. We just wanted something quick and this was close to the hotel that we were staying in for the evening. I have to say that I was throughly impressed. The man that took care of us tonight, Vinny, went above and beyond what he had to do to make our visit top notch. He and the young man that was running the convenience store register were both very helpful and very friendly. They don't know that they helped our terrible day be turned around just by being friendly. I appreciate them both.“
