“First time at this Subway. Bread was rubbery, never like that compared to other Subways. Customer service is a little dry but young kids working and possibly it's their first job and they're still learning. My largest complaint is that my sandwich had very little tunafish not at all two full scoops so I asked for another half scoop and they charge me $1.50. Could be a better Subway, hopefully it will get there!“

“We stopped in for lunch and had an excellent meal. We got a pizza and a calzone. Both were way bigger than expected, fresh, and very yummy. The calzone was way larger than the menu photos. Cost was about average for a lunch out. To go box for the half calzone I couldn't eat was printed like a keyboard. Very clever.“

“Ok for one, this place 100% deserves more than a 4.1. From some of the reviews, some of y'all don't get out much if you think it's expensive. Good food is a little more than the $10 meal combo thing you are buying. Took longer than the 3 minutes you are used to? How's that food from the holding oven tastes verse fresh off the grill here? A lot of the bad reviews are old so maybe "growing pains" were the issue. Not anymore. Awesome food, awesome service, clean store and very fast. Awesome job!“

“Very good salads with different choices. They also have soups, sandwiches and sweet treats.

All very good!

We had three scoops of salads which I forget the name of it where we had the Cranberry Kelli, the Fancy Nancy, and another one.

We also had a piece of the white chocolate layered cake, but this dessert did not impress me to be honest.

Very good food, nice place which I am looking forward to checking when I’m back home in Texas.

“When I say I love the people who work there. They are amazing so nice and welcoming. I found my new favorite spot. They care about you to remember who you are and great customer service. They deserve all of their tips! Please tip your drivers! Great “

“I don’t know what happened to this location but all good things! I’ve been going here for a couple years now and they’ve always been fine, never any big issues, everyone’s been nice, greeted you when you came in, but sometimes it seemed they were struggling with a bit of a high turn over and it was difficult to have people there regularly that knew what they were doing. A few people have been there as long as I’ve been going, but all of a sudden I come in after not coming for a couple months or so and there’s a bunch of new people, they’re greeting me, very friendly and very engaging, they have a great sense of team work, everything flows very well, when at times it’d seem a little chaotic and unorganized, the entire vibe has changed. It was very refreshing and they actually seem happy to be there working. I hope they are at least. It’s tough out here. But I just wanted to take note that whatever the management has done is really working for them and if it’s just new experienced people, I hope they stick around! Thank you for the great service you’ve produced and your people are doing great at their job.“

“But only if you eat in. I eat there often , but today it took over 2 hours to get food on a delivery order Only half arrived and the food that came was not right and bread was dry. Refunded us for food that didn’t come , but didn’t seem very concerned. If I mess up in my business I bend over backwards to make it right. Definitely not Publix or Chick-fil-A😫“

Subway is generally a messy fast food, but I could not find anything that stood out to me inside this store. Major props to the owners and their team for keeping it in such great condition. “I visit Brentwood, TN for a few days roughly once a month for work. My favorite lunch spot is this Firehouse Subs. Since the one closest to our house in Louisville sucks and we won't go back there, this location more than makes up for those shortcomings.It's about a 3 minute walk from the desk I occupy to this Firehouse Subs. That's pretty ham dandy!I have a favorite menu item and that is the Spicy Cajun Chicken sandwich. I have it at least once while I'm there. The chicken is warm, the bread warm and toasty, and there's some kind of magic going on there in the rest of the ingredients because once I arrive in Brentwood after my drive down I literally can't wait to get lunch. I think, too, that the jalapeños have a lot to say about that great taste.The staff I've encountered here has always been GREAT. Everyone is hustling to take orders, preparing food, and make sure the dining room is kept clean. This place can be crazy busy for lunch, but it's never felt rushed. Every person working is focused on keeping things moving and keeping things in order.Since Firehouse Subs was created by firemen, the décor lends itself well to that, with few pieces of fire fighting equipment decorating the walls, red fireman helmets, and a red-and-while motif. And, for kids, a free plastic firemen's helmet.I'm glad this location is so freakin' awesome. It also makes me wish that the one closer to home was better.“
