He took the time to educate us on different techniques and the differences between Absinthes of different origins. After reading a lot of posts on Reddit regarding the top cocktail bars in Nashville, me and my mates decided on Pullman Standard at my request. Even for folks not as obsessed with coffee drinks as myself, they were all absolutely blown away. This is the absolute best Espresso Martini in Nashville and I would argue it has to be one of the best in the country as well. She’s T H I C C, creamy, not a sugar bomb, and it deviates from the 3 bean garnish with a delightful, tasteful placement of coffee grounds. Nice, quiet, elegant environment and the bartender was super cool even after our group orders like 35 of these. Will return next time I’m in town.“

“Great experience at Pelican and Pig! We sat at the chef's counter and found it very interesting to be able to watch the crew work and ask a few questions. They were very personable. Our server was great as well. We loved how the courses were separated so that we were able to enjoy each dish on its own. Having never had corn ribs before, we were blown away by how good they were. “Husk of Nashville is an upscale restaurant in the historic part of downtown Nashville. There is a lot of history tied to the location and our waiter/host was very knowledgeable. The food is delicious and there was something for everyone to enjoy. I attended a private event and the space was perfect. There was a separate entrance and the atmosphere was welcoming.“
